I love firehouse subs. I had a big order for the office. I had the option to do online or go in person to place it. I chose to make it easier and do it online. I was right in the area. We had a total of 7 subs. And when I completed the order it notified me it would be ready in an hour. A whole hour?! I called the store to let them know that was right outside and should I just cancel the online and order it inside, if I order it inside I don’t see them taking a whole hour to give me 7 subs. And the person on the phone told me that they would start working on them. I walked in 15 minutes later and he asked me for my order information. He then proceeded to tell me that they had only worked on 3 subs and they had a few other people that walked in and they had to do theirs first. So you paused my order to then skip me and make other people’s orders that came in after mine?
So I should have gone inside to order it. What’s the point of online ordering if the time is longer and the store is at there discretion how fast they have the order out???
I don’t give them a 1 star because it is a good place to eat. If you want your order ahead of the line and not sit and wait and see people that came in after you finish eating and leave before you receive your order....
Read moreI placed my order on Uber eats. I placed the order correctly however what was delivered wasn’t what I ordered. I reached out to the store and was told the manager wasn’t at work. The store worker was as helpful as she could given the circumstances. She gave my number to the store owner who called me. The only resolution I was given was to come into the store and pick up my order. I too am an a manager and I can NOT leave work because I’m the only manager on duty hence why I called Uber Eats in the first place. The store owner was polite but didn’t provide great customer service. Didn’t seem like he could careless that I’m without the food I paid for. I even suggested why don’t you order my food and have it delivered to me since it was your store who messed up. The manager had every excuse as to why he couldn’t. Bottom line he didn’t want to do it because it would inconvenience him (he’s off work remember. I’m the one at work hungry). As a result he has lost a customer. As I mentioned before I am a manager, have a team of about 20 people and we order lunch all the time. Guess who we will NO longer order with. Missed out on hundreds of dollars all for a $10 meal. Read moreI was not satisfied with the costumer service at this location. Went in to grab a sandwich with my wife and family the other day as we always do because we love Firehouse. Out of all of the ones I’ve been to this place felt like we were a bother to the employee. The young Hispanic lady that worked the cash register on 05/24/2023 in the afternoon had her headphones on the entire time. She had an attitude like she did not want to be there. While another lady was making our sandwiches she would go around and sit there on her phone while still having her headphones on. While I don’t mind what she did as far as her attention to costumer goes what bothered me was her attitude.
