7Spice — Restaurant in Humble

Me and my wife typically love this place so we may eat here 2-3 times a week depending on how we’re feeling lol but on Thursday the 22nd I ordered 2 of the half pound easy peel shrimp combos and my wife the 1 1/2 pound crab and 1/2 pound shrimp well when I got home from work my wife hadn’t got home yet so I decided to put one of my shrimp things in the microwave so I can heat it up and start peeling, well I did heat it up and started eating the potatoes and sure enough felt a very long hair in my mouth it was disgusting. I pulled it out and took a picture of it for evidence and proceeded to throw out the rest of the food. I called this location and told the manager what happened (seemed to be some Hispanic female) and she told me she wasn’t going to do anything about it unless I brought the food in. Look I get it, I’m a manager at a restaurant myself so I understand the no free meals mentality but you guys messed up. I explained to the manager that’s not how she’s supposed to go about it and that I needed to speak w/ somebody over her head because 1. You guys made a mistake and somebody in there w/ some black hair wasn’t wearing a hair net. 2. Correct you guy’s mistake. 3. I asked to speak w/ a manager she said she was one and that somebody above her would be in that next morning I called in the morning and they said the manager would not be in. The worst experience in the world! My nine year old son ordered the fish po boy and asked for it to be cut in half. The lady at the cash register said they didn’t have a knife to cut it. After hearing what she said I went up to the counter and asked to speak with a manager or kitchen help to find out why they couldn’t cut it in half. When the man came out he immediately said they couldn’t help me because he didn’t have any clean knifes. After refusing to take his stupidity I again politely asked him to clean a knife and cut the sandwich in half because my son couldn’t eat it. Unwilling he took his plate went in the kitchen and returned after a longer then expected delay. After finally getting it cut in half we set down to eat. My son put the sandwich in his mouth and immediately fell to the ground and started crying because his mouth was burning so bad. Apparently the cook put hot spicy sauce all over the food and no telling what else he did to it when he asked to cut it in half. The guy who did this needs to be fired and prosecuted for this...

Ordered online. Order said it would be ready for pickup at 7:15. Got there and paid and asked if I was suppose to sit in car like the sign said and the girl said yes. Never did they bring the food out. Finally after seeing an order sitting on the rack for 15 minutes I walked in to see if it was our order. It was so I got the food and went home. Noticed our ettoufee missing on the dinner and fries. They ask if we can come up there. I return to pick up my dinner and they take orders from everyone in line before serving me. Finally they ask what I was missing. I tell them my dinner and fries. The girl tells me they to make the fries. So now I have to wait longer. Then she comes back and ask me if I can go back home and get the food and bring it back because they account for all the food given out. REALLY???? Not bad enough I went all the way home and back... Now they want me to return and bring back the whole order 🤬🤬🤬...
