UPDATE!!: Q NAILS AND SPA HAS NEW MANAGEMENT BUT THEY ARE GREAT!!

The ladies there are SOO kind and sweet! They took very good care of me and my nails came out AMAZING!! I absolutely love them! I will admit I was very hesitant when I found out they had new management and nail workers but I’m so glad that I gave them a chance! Not only did my nails come out perfect, they worked quickly, they took pictures of my nails, but they also used my nails as their profile picture!! How awesome is that?! They also have a rewards program set up for when you come in. Not for sure how it will work but who doesn’t love rewards?? Q Nails and Spa has upped their game and I’m here for it!

Love, love, love how my nails came out for this Valentine’s Day. I have gone to this salon many times and always leave relaxed and happy with the service. Even though I’ve moved places, I still come back. I have yet to find another place that tops this one! The nail work is always done to perfection! Amy did such a beautiful job with my nails!

I went to take my daughter to do her nails on 06/15/2022 and as we were walking out of the Nail’s shop my daughter noticed her real nails were falling off along with the powdered nails they applied on her. I went back inside to let them know about the situation and the husband looked concerned and wanted to help but his wife (owner of salon) told him not to help and told me to take her to the ER because they couldn’t help my daughter because it wasn’t their fault.

I have no idea why or how this happened to my daughter but I’m sure it was the type of acid or product they used on her because this has never happened before. They didn’t want to refund me for my service even though all of her nails were falling off. We are never coming back to this salon ever again!!

The place is under new management . Iive been here several times before and it had its quarts but there were some redeamable nail techs but now I noticed several things that made me questions how safe this place is with it's new owner. First it seems like the cuticle clippers are not properly sanitize just sprayed with alcohol.Before they would either open them from a new packet or take it out of that machine that nukes things.However this time I notice they sprayed some alcohol when they were done and that was it. The girl cut my cuticle and quickly proceeded to put the cap of the bottle of an ointment right on the cut ...she acted so fast didn't have time to stop her because who knows how many came before me. Definitely not the most sanitary place there was pieces of nails and cuticles around definitely gone down. To add insult to injury they prices have gone up 4 dollars . So basically I paid for a cut on my cuticle and then stress from looking at the shape of my nails which all seem uneven and...
