I can’t say enough about how awful this place is run and the disdain the managers have for their employees and their customers.
Fast food is a tough business. I understand that. Most people just want what they ordered and not too much attitude.
This place is on another scale.
And it starts with their manager, Geo, who runs 5 or 6 stores in the area. He’s a petty tyrant who suffers from the little man complex.
—there are no breaks at this location even unpaid breaks. You work 8 or 10 hours you could be stuck. And if you do get a break you must eat in a small stuffed office while Geo, the manager in charge, sits out on the lobby and stuffs his face.
—you don’t get access to pay stubs so you have no idea whether you’re getting paid for the hours you work. If you ask Geo becomes hostile and angry. The assistant managers there are over worked and apathetic—and in most cases are no help.
—they ran out of meat and Geo yelled at employees for telling the customers.
—they had a gas leak.
—they only give a receipt if you ask. And the number to call customer service is purposefully ripped off. One customer demanded the number and the employees threatened to call the cops on her.
—Geo is verbally abusive to employees in Spanish.
—Managers despise the customers so much they purposely make mistakes on the food. Or if they make mistakes they refuse to correct it without a major fight.

Read moreWorst experience at a taco bell location. One of the items in our order a chicken power bowl had a hair in it, we noticed it when we got home it was on top we didn't even touch the food. We drove back for a refund of that item, we did not want want another bowl because we did not trust the cleanliness of the store at that point. We were told no refund because we had no receipt, we explained to the employee who said she was the assistant GM that we were not offered a receipt. She then said that they do not offer receipts, so how am I supposed to get a refund when no receipt is offered. I tell her that I need to make a complaint can I get the number to corporate or who can I talk to about this. She says they are and individual franchise owned by someone named Larry. I tell her to give me his number or email, she then says he will not talk to me. Again I ask for a number to someone that can help with this issue. She says i need to talk to dulce the GM who will be in tomorrow. Once again I ask for a number or email, she says the number is on the window. I ask if she can tell me the number or give it to me. I was expecting her to either read me the number, write it down, or give me a card. I was then shocked when she gave me a copy of a random receipt and said the number is on the receipt. I had poor service with the I don't know if management or whoever was at the window. And it really took me off. So last night I just told him I don't want nothing from and I left.
