One stall wasn't working. Went to another stall, that one wasn't working either. Went to third stall, pushed the button, ....30 MINUTES. Just sitting here watching it flash. No answer. Guy gets on, "One moment please." ......after 30 mins of waiting?
I learned my lesson about this one. Absolute garbage Sonic. Still the same stuff. Everyone running around looking frantic, no one knows what's going on. This location is more sad than funny. And we live right across the street. It would have been so convenient if this was a good location, ...but it's not.
Stay away. UPDATE: I gave it one more try on October 11, 2021. It's bad, yal. Like, really bad.
The drive thru line wasn't working. Sat for 5 minutes, got no answer. Tried a stall, pushed the button. 5 mins, no answer. Finally got someone, they were out of two of the items I asked for. Waited over 20 mins, nothing came out. I cancelled my order and left to go somewhere else.
STAY AWAY. It's really bad. I wanted it to be good because it's literally right next to my house, but dude it is so bad. I'll definitely be calling and filing a complaint. Serious change needed there.
It's Sonic. Food is the same as every Sonic.
Except... No one really seems to know what's going on here. Food goes out to wrong stalls, cashiers can't get simple items correctly on the screen, unsweet teas come out sweet, fries come out tots, burgers come out not even remotely close to what you asked for, I dunno. It just seems that literally every time we've tried to come here for our kids, it is either:
Their credit machine is down, only taking cash The cashiers either can't hear what you want because everything comes out wrong ALL THE TIME Everyone working there looks disoriented and scrambling for any sort of grasp as to what's going on.

Read moreAbsolutely the WORST Sonic in the area! Only came here due to proximity after having a bad previous experience and deciding to give them another chance. Well, they went and let me down again. Let's start at the beginning. Arrived at exactly 6pm. Tried to start placing my order and was immediately cut off after the first item and the person said ok that's all heres your total, and left the screen. Had to push the button and wait more than 5 min to get a person back on. Very rudely she went ahead correcting and finishing the 5 person total order where as previously she only took the first kids meal order.. my husband paid on the screen and we waited. And waited. And waited. 40 min went by before he was agitated enough to go up to the doors and ask what was going on... only to find out they had canceled our order because they saw a car drive off and mistakenly thought it was whoever placed our order, while we hadnt left our stall at all the entire 40 min.. they counted it as a drive off and weren't even planning to return the money! My husband and I were livid, the employees were less than apologetic and still rude, basically saying "my bad" and offering coupons.. he was like.. I dont want coupons I want my money back now! So they voided the transaction and we left.. Went to McDonald's and received our order in 7 min flat. Sonic, you are ridiculous and wasted an hour of our time for nothing.. wont be...

Original review: I keep trying to give this location a chance because it's convenient and I like Sonic in general, but I'm done. This location has consistently been the worst drivethrough experience. Footlong coney's have been burnt multiple times, orders have been mixed up multiple times, and the Blasts are never mixed properly even if you mention it up front (the bottom half of a large is always just ice cream with no toppings).
Last week we had two "Lemonberry" slushes which are supposed to be Lemon and Strawberry. It looked like it was just clear slush and then they splashed a tiny bit of strawberry flavoring in, unmixed. It wouldn't even turn pink, much less red like its supposed to be, when we stirred it in.
Another time I ordered then worked my way through the drivethrough line. When I got to the front they kept bringing me orders for the car behind me and asked, "Did you order the __?" I would say no, and tell them what I ordered. This went on for about 15 minutes when I stopped one of them and had to recite my order again. Apparently they lost my order somehow and had to start from scratch.
Hopefully the Sonic on Wilson has better management because we'll be driving the extra...
