They have a "$5 minimum" for debit card purchases. Which is regulated by the federal government and been has been reported to the CFPB. The lady "Venna" who works there is a horrible representation of the company, and if I were the owners, would seriously consider firing her. Multiple bad reviews strictly for her. Very rude and thinks she knows it all. She has to be related to the owners at this point and actually thinks she owns the store. Couldnt imagine just some random employee at a small donut shop getting MORE THAN 10 bad reviews on just her alone, and still be employed. She probably feels entitled to that job so she can act however she wants. She literally word for word said "we charge it for debit card cause we get charged the surcharge fees" legally, can not pass on surcharge fees to the consumer. Thats against consumer laws. The lady behind the counter is RUDE throws your bag at you, she snatched my card out of my hand. Was charged extra for something I didn’t get and I tried to tell them and she acted like she didn’t understand me. Will not be Back. Also had to go back because my kolaches were raw on the bottom, and everything was stuck to the paper bags because she shoved multiple Kolaches in one bag when she was such a hurry. I try to separate the kolaches, and it looks like raw dough just sticky and a big mess. My donuts had to icing because it was all stuck to the paper bag. Again she shoved...

The lady behind the counter was very rude. I asked for a cream cheese croissant (listed on their menu) and she rudely replied we don’t have those. Credit card minimum is $5 so I asked her to just give me a 1/2 dozen mixed and I get to four and she rudely snips at me if I want to stop there or keep going. Completely out of “glazed donuts” even though their name is glaze donut lol...this was our first time and will be our last. If you want good donuts and friendly service go to the southern maid donuts at Will Clayton and Timber Forest, they actually appreciate...
