Frozen Vibes: Daiquiri Bar 2 GO — Restaurant in Texas

If I could leave a zero I would. I visited the atascocita location today to pick up a gallon for a family’s night my children & I were going to. I walked in masked with my 7 year old & 1 year old. The usual lady immediately stopped me at the door & said kids are not allowed. So I then asked “do you all offer curbside?” She stated “not really, but I’ll do it”. Go back to my truck & wait, but as I’m buckling my 1 year old in another family drove up with a kid & I informed them they are going to be turned around so they just left. Once the lady customers cleared she came outside to say “I can take your order but I can’t bring it back out to leave the establishment”. Confused, I then asked her “so you want me to leave my kids in the truck to come in to pickup the order?”. I was really dumbfounded because I couldn’t believe that she had already walked out the establishment that she stated she couldn’t walk out to bring my order & then had to expect me to leave my kids in the truck because how else I was going to get my order. I'll start by saying that the drinks were strong so they were worth the price, however, the staff and menu left something to be desired. The employees were very dismissive and rude. They would not answer questions about the menu. The menu choices were not creative and you are not allowed to venture off of the menu, according to staff. For example, I wanted to try one flavor. Staff said "this is a daiquiri "swirl" place, we don't do just one flavor". Overall, unfortunately, I would not recommend this...

Customer service first and foremost was 10 stars! I’m a person that asks a lot of questions and not only were they answered but the accuracy truly exceeded my expectations once I tasted my “All the way up”! Hands down best in Houston! The owner Fontaine (not sure if that’s spelled right) was nice and super helpful. I have been to a few different daiquiri places while visiting Houston from Cali and man this is it!
