My vehicle was there for more than 2 weeks for a repair that I was told would only take 3 to 5 days. There was no communication with me regarding the status of anything going on with the vehicle. After the first week I called for an update and was told that they were waiting for the insurance company (no one called me). After 7 days I would have kept my vehicle home until the day before the insurance company was to arrive. I spoke with my insurance agent and was told that they in fact was going the next day. Insurance company went and evaluated the vehicle and the repairs was started. I called back to check the status and was told that the vehicle was being repaired and should be ready by Friday of that week. After not hearing from anyone at the dealership that Friday I called back and was told that the repairs was done but they were waiting for some sort of pricing for the repairs and I had to wait to get my car until that was completed. Weekend past and I still didn't hear from anyone so I called on Monday and was told that they was still waiting on final approval. By this time I am completely frustrated and didn't call back until Wednesday only because I had received an email statement for the repairs around 4:45PM and when I called was told "oh yeah I was just completing the paperwork" but still I wasn't contacted saying that my vehicle was ready for pickup. The paperwork could have been completed after a call to me stating that the vehicle was ready for pickup because I still had to drive to get it. Once I made it to the dealership the person working inside was moving his personal vehicle to the front because it was close to closing time so I had to wait for him to come back inside. Received my keys and paid for my deductible went to investigate the repair areas and all seemed okay. Went to get into my car and it was not locked so I was under the impression that it may have been unlocked the entire two weeks it was there. I did remove my personal belongings so I wasn't worried about my personal belongings being stolen but the car could have easily been accessed to other thieves. I don't think that they actually care for their customer vehicles and was just getting through their work day. I was soooo frustrated at that point I just got in the car and drove off came home and parked the vehicle. Did not drive it again until Saturday when I was going to the car wash. Washed the car and when I was drying and clearing windows I noticed handprints on the black trim near the windows and also on the back door. It seems to be some sort of grease that should have been cleaned off when the repairs was completed. Now I have to pay more money to clean up their mess. I have never seen such disconnect with the owner and dealership in my life and this experience for me was completely frustrating. I understand that the employees are just performing their day to day jobs and most are just working to earn a paycheck however I do believe that they should care enough to provide a status update because there are many other Nissan dealerships a person can choose but they chose Robbins and that should mean something to someone in that department. To sum it all up the work was satisfactory but the communication was poor. The people servicing/repairing the vehicles should put themselves in the customer shoes and say to themselves 'is this the way I want to be treated?' Maybe Robbins should just hire someone to just communicate with customers in order to avoid these...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere to start lol. When I started the process of buying a truck, I made it clear that the truck would need to come with two keys after we decided on a price. The deal went pretty smoothly until it came time to get my second set of keys the salesman let me know that he was going to call the old customer and try to get a set of keys. I said no I want a set of keys obviously so he agreed to get a locksmith to get me another set of keys we decided on a day I showed up. I was told that would take about 20 minutes. Two hours later the locksmith said that the truck needed some updated programming in order for a set of keys to be made, I walked straight in to the salesman told him what the locksmith had said he shrug his shoulders and said thatās what he said and continue laughing and texting on his phone. I waited about 15 seconds for a response, maybe a plan of action he continued to text on his phone. Still havenāt got a key as of today, but as the week went on all of a sudden, my truck had codes popped up 20 something to be a little more exact when and went into limp mode once again I called my salesman told him what was going on. He gave me a number of a service tech to call to try to schedule something. I called at least six maybe seven times no answer. I would call my salesman back and ask him to please have that guy call me because I was just about out of warranty. He said he would also do that once again never got a call back so I took my truck to Ron Craft and they are very professional. I highly recommend them. They ran a diagnostics on it and obviously found the codes also found out that there were several recalls on the truck that were never done. I had to rent a car and lost valuable time at work because I need a truck got my truck back from Ron craft everything seems to be good. In the meantime Robinās Nissan called me said my plates were ready. I drive up there. I talked to him get my plates. I explain everything to the salesman that I want all my money back for rental car plus some or going to hire a lawyer that was yesterday. He was going to have his boss call me once again seems to be the pattern at least of this particular salesman, no one follows through with anything. That is my experience oh, and Iām still trying to get a key....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst place. Scamming customers to get you in the door. I was in a terrible accident 1 week and a half ago. Needed a new vehicle asap and did research on safe cars which Nissan is one of them. My husband and I called several Nissan dealers in Houston and they all let us know there was a 3-4,000 markup due to chip shortage. He called Robbins Nissan and April answered the phone, since we saw a 2021 Rogue for a great price online we called. We confirmed the price with her over the phone and she said yes that is the price with NO MARK UPās!! Wow, I was so happy we told her we were coming to look at it and possibly purchase it that day. I was so happy, unfortunately when we got their April went home despite telling us she would be there and to ask for her. Some young man that stated he was only there for 2 months said he would take care of us and he knew nothing about the car when we asked questions. We let him know we would be putting down more than half down and finance the rest. He then got his boss is what he said Leo who told us the car was 10,000 dollars more than the internet price. He was rude to my husband and told him the internet price was incorrect and when we asked for April he told us not to worry about her. He said we will never find a car for below MSRP and with no markup, due to the chip shortage. I was upset at how the lied and how rude Leo was so after an hour of going back and fourth and time wasted. We left back to cypress upset that I was lied to. Leo said April omitted the correct price to get us in the door but that the car was 40 k. Horrible dealership, after that experience I didnāt even want a Nissan at all. Guess what Leo you were wrong we did get a car for under MSRP and no mark up. Demontrond Mazada helped us and I got a new car with all the bells and whistles . So donāt shop here please do your research and walk away if they lie to you. Lost a sale because I was ready to...
