I am irate. This is the third and final time I will deal with this store and I am going to submit a letter to the corporate office and all review platforms. I went to the store to purchase some mattresses. I have shopped enough with rooms to go to know there is a certain place for discounted items and where to look. First no one greets you when you walk in the store. The young lady Whitney walked passed me twice, looked in my face and never said anything. On her way back the third time I asked if she was off break because she had her purchase on her shoulder. She stated she was not on break. I told her about the mattress I saw on the site and what my expectations were. she kept trying to tell me that what I wanted was not in the store at the price was not in the store. I explained I did not want the 899 or the 1499 mattress. She then said we have one in the back the manger said for us to get rid of and no boy else would have told you about it. In a nasty sort of way. When I stated I still wanted the cheaper mattress I spoke about she said I have to go take care of another customer. Walked off and left me standing there and went to go help another couple that was looking at more expensive furniture. I asked for a manager, wrong answer. Mr Gregory was rude uncaring and tried to explain to me that was not what the young lady stated, etc. I asked for a card with his information and the corp he was very rude condescending and walked away This same situation happened in 2018, and again about two years ago. apparently this is the culture of this store. Unless you are spending a lot fo money you do not get service. And you see sales ppl just standing around doing absolutely nothing. A young man, Jose came over offered to help me apologized for the experience I was having and offered to help. This kept me up all night. I will be filing with the better business bureau and other agencies, blatant racism on many levels. No matter how much a customer spends the service should be the same and that is point blank bottom line. Never again. Read moreWent to this store on 3/12/2021. Had the worst shopping experience in my life buying a bedroom set. From the time I walked in there no one greet you when you come in then you have to find a sales person to help you. My sales person was Manny not very friendly at all .And the same bed set that I seen on sale online he wouldn't give it to me for the same price. He said there store do give for the same price or price match so I had to pay full price for a bed room set that was on sale online because they are an outlet so he couldn't give it to me for the same price. So that was very upsetting and he was very rude and no patience.I felt like i was getting rush from the time he started to help me Then I went to check out and had the worst experience in customer service in my life. Very rude.and terrible attitude and argues with customers. First I in counter Meredith Redard worst customer service ever just wanted to use my tax exempt and she threw my paper work away that I had fill out then I ask for someone else to check me out then I got Sandy Hopkins ro help me with my Tax exempt and she was very prejudice and very rude and wants to keep over talking me and argues with me about my tax exempt card. So I ask for there store manager Garrett Voorhees he was rude along with customer service employees and didn't resolve my issue and didnt care about my concerns or how i have been talk to or treated in his store or the horrible experience I had in his store and I ask for customer number and he wouldn't even give me or his name or the number I had to get it from another employee that works there. I will never shop at this store again. And I still never got my Tax Exempt process and then they use these 4 different deliver company's that goes up on the price once thay deliver and it was $140 to deliver to drop off a Mattress, box spring headboard , dresser and night stand and I stay 7 mins from the store they dont even unbox your furniture and charge and extra $100 if you want them to put it together furniture. Read moreI am so disappointed in Rooms to go outlet this was my first time shopping at a outlet of rooms to go I have always went to the regular rooms to go store I have decided to make this review because I feel cheated and ripped off after years of buying furniture from regular rooms to go my issues started several months back I no the summertime when I decided to try out rooms Togo ( Outlet) in humble where I live I bought a dining room table set , 2 mattress one box spring , and a recliner chair.... let start with my Queen side mattress the mattress was not the same mattress I tryed out on the show room floor I called the manager at the store he did verify that it was I told him this mattress is to hard for my back because I just had back surgery and he said give it a few months and let it break in so I did and now it’s November and it’s still the same I can’t sleep on that mattress at all so that was a waste of money and purchase and I feel that I should of been able to take back the mattress and get another one since I called them to let them know immediately but I was told there was no return policy after i got home not when I walked in the door or at the time of purchase because if I knew that from the start I would of went elsewhere that had a return policy because I just had surgery and I knew I had to try sleeping on and bed. For the table set that I bought the very first 2 weeks it started chipping and bubbling up like some sort of lumps on the right side so basically we don’t even eat at the table I feel that the table as some sort of manufactory defect and this is all so unfair to me and my family I am a single mom and we survive off one income and I can’t afford to lose like this in life I am very embarrassed when people come to my house and very disappointed every day that I chose and trust the wrong furniture company for my family’s needs and i am still paying payments for something we...
