I Went Nissan parts department yesterday extremely rude person was sitting there look like he don’t like to be there didn’t help me i was trying to buy a spark plug for my car I had a old spark plugs in my hand with Nissan parts number showing in picture but he didn’t like to look at it I have to drive auto zone. Horrible customer service . Bought a part at a Nissan dealership. Didn’t use it . Now I can return it at this dealership that’s dumb. I know yall have a goal to reach in sales , yall just don’t wanna take a Nissan part back because it’s drop -$40 in sales. Trash Nissan dealership. Won’t be getting my Cummins titan...

Horrible customer service. They said it would take 5 hours to complete the work. So I uber home and they call to say they don't have the part and I need to come back when it's in stock. They wouldn't reimburse me for the uber and acted extremely unprofessional when I asked. I would not recommend this horrible...
