Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Houston

They tired to serve us old milk shakes that were sitting in the back . After my last review it seems like they improved on the service time. Then tonight 10/29 happened. Did a mobile order and paid thru the app to save time, when we got there cashier informs us the shake machine had already been cleaned out and they were out. Cashier was professional when we asked for refund and closed the window to speak to an hispanic lady inside the restaurant. From the closed window we could hear and see their conversation especiallysince she was loud. She caught an nasty attitude and told him to tell us to pull to the front and they'll bring them out. Turns out they were gonna give us some that they had in cups sitting around in the back. My husband tells him no we wanted a refund, since we didn't know how long it's been sitting, or how it was handled, if it may or may not have unseen surprises . The cashier tells her we wanted the refund instead of the sitting out shakes. After a few minutes of her yelling at him, he gives us the money back. She was really unprofessional in the handling of him and offering to give us old milkshakes. He kept his cool and did his job, her on the other hand shouldn't be there with that type of attitude. Ended up paying more at sonic but at least we saw our milkshakes made...

I cannot believe these women!! I asked for four fresh tacos, as I know many Jack in the Box locations precook them and they are cold when you get them.

They made me wait and then proceeded to serve me cold tacos anyways. The person who prepared them was disgruntled about being asked to make them fresh. She dropped the tacos on to the receiving tray, and made sure I saw her!

This behavior is uncalled for and she should be fired for it. All three ladies were Hispanic. The date was 12/29/2018. The time was approximately 12:37 a.m. I heard the lady with the light colored eyes ask the one who prepared the tacos if the were per my specifications.

I couldn't hear the response, albeit I did see her affect displays (face, hands and eye movements). She needs to be fired!! I will never go there again when they are on shitf!! I've been there before and never had...

Arrived a little before midnight, thought it was closed, I spoke to the microphone in segments for over 4 minutes, nothing! Drove forward, looked in & she was fixing a float, perhaps another car came after I pulled up but she completely ignored me at the microphone. By the time I seen her finish an order behind me, she threw her earpiece angrily at the soda fountain while continuing the float. I waved at the window, she flew both open with such force, the glass almost shattered & screamed WHAT DID YOU WANT TO EAT? I was apauled & told her she didn't say anything at the sign but continued my order, the glass order window slammed shut as Mary continued to angrily work for what I assume was the rest of the night.
