I was highly dissatisfied with this urban air, I have been to 3 other locations that were amazing and assumed this one would be the same but I was highly mistaken. First off when I get there I assume I'm going to be able to have a fun time with my nephew on his birthday and go ahead and pay 27 dollars for myself but once we go in there are a lot and I mean a lot of kids running around without parents, running into each other and so we go to the obstacle course on of the staff is sitting down on their phone and allowing the kids to hang out in the ball pit while other kids are climbing the equipment above their heads and falling on them. My nephew had no interest in joining the chaos in the obstacle area so we went to the regular trampoline area which was also overfilled we went to the dodgeball area but this area was also overfilled and run by the kids yet again while staff and parents watched and don't care or aren't watching and on their phone, most of the kids were just sitting around on the trampolines while others jumped around them so then we leave the dodge ball area and we go to the worst area yet, the drop zone or gravity zone. We get to the drop zone and yet again no staff and no parents so all the kids are hanging out inside the area where you can jump into or do flips after jumping off the trampoline but you wouldn't have even been able to do that bc multiple kids were jumping on the single trampoline but the worst part was that kids were climbing the fence then climbed up to the window ledge which is about 15 ft above the drop spot and jump off into it while kids were attempting to continue jumping in it. My nephew was super bummed out because of how much waste going there so I decided to bring order to at least one area and went to talk to a staff member and then they went over there and told them to stop then walked off so once the staff left the kids did it all over again so now I told them to get down and get in a line and to go 1 at a time and if they didn't like it they could leave the area so I practically paid 27 dollars to do the urban air staffs job just so my nephew can at least have fun in a nonchaotic safe area so heed my warning and make sure your child is safe before allowing them to go off on their own in...
Read moreIf I'm being honest, the place was alright. Me, my mom, and my sister went here today because we wanted to get out of the house.
The night before, my mom has ordered tickets to make the waiting process easier, and it helped us enter quickly. Once we got inside, getting our wrist bands was a quick process.
Me and my sister went on 5 different atteactions; dodgeball, the trampolines, the climbing, the vr and the ninja warrior.
Starting with the main trampoline area, it was pretty decent They definitely withheld my weight and didn't feel weak. Some of the netting was ripped up, but overall it was quite nice.
The ninja warrior was mediocre. Some of the matting beneath the ballpit was ripped up, and most of the balls were pretty nasty. The actual obstacles themselves were in great condition though.
The dodgeball was amazing, except for o 2 minor things; there weren't enough balls. One side seemed to always have more balls than the other, and most of the balls were really soft while others were really hard.
The rock climbing wall was fun, man running the rock climbing wall was kind and very helpful.
Finally, the vr. The headsets were a little bit sweaty, but the play area was huge, and the lady running it was very kind. The games required no controller, the way to play is by moving your head, and running. Being unwired helps a lot too, as you feel free and unrestrained. The game library was about 10 games (if I remember correctly). They were more of an all audience appeal, and very intuitive to learn.
The food here was subpar; the pizza was bland, and super greasy. They have pepsi-co fountain drinks I must say though, the food came out quickly, and was really hot. (Pepsi, starry, Dr pepper, mountain dew, fruit punch, and strawberry lemonade) They have alcoholic beverages like craft beer and wine (im too young for it) They also have icees, although the nearby gas station has them for cheaper. The lady serving us was super kind and respectful.
Overall my experience here was mediocre. The staff were excellent, and I commend them for their efforts; always kind and respectful. The food was subpar, but I...
Read moreI am appalled by the way this location is being run. I have been to 2 birthday parties at two different locations and am by far ragingly disappointed in this humble location. Not only did my niece birthday package not include the items my sister-in-law and brother paid for but when I approached management about the hostess that I had never seen, management asked what room I said room 3 party for @neice name, at that point she looked at the un-uniformed messy haired girl eating food at the front customer service counter gossiping with other girls and claimed she was just in there, when she was supposed to be attending the party in room 3 checking-in guests and seeing to the private ultimate Vip party package that was paid for. My sister was the one who checked in her own guests for my nieces party and passed out wrists bands, socks etc. there were no balloons or utensils, and to add more to the ridiculous behavior of the hostess she went to the room pulled my sister out to complain to my sister about HER (the hostess) BEING UPSET THAT I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT HER NOT DOING HER JOB. horrible horrible horrible experience. Not only was the room not prepared before arrival she was put off by having to do her job and supply the party with the items my sister paid for and my sister never received the full decor or vip treatment she paid for… even tho the service desk said she would discount for inconvenience, when in fact she never received the full package she paid for the whole vip experience was Horrible horrible horrible in comparison to another location 20 minutes away. Waste of money and time, my sister even said she will never do it again that Peter piper pizza was a better place by far. If you want the real experience of an Urban Air go to the pasadena location they actually have professional employees that know how to treat their customers and how to...
