Oh, my adopted SON (s),,, I currently live up in the Sacramento area and her stay down in Huntington Beach to be with my granddaughter and daughter.
So I needed a place to get a smoke shop on my own as my daughter works and my son who also lives up north, who is always the one that took care of me so this week was not here to help me.
So I went into the jungle And realize this was the same shop that is located in Long Beach, where we meaning, our whole family always went to the shop on a daily basis, rain or shine. Theyâve always met us as customers and became personal friends and always always have accommodated the names that we have requested
So because we live here in Huntington Beach and the jungle opened recently During the summertime. I went into the new shop not realizing they also have the shop in Long Beach and let me tell you they are the best of the best I have adopted them and they accommodate me as if my son were helping me and thatâs exactly how we started our relationship. as adopted son and customer mom !
I would recommend the shop to any one that would be curious to what they have. Theyâre great people and they have great service and A great selection of items to meet anyoneâs needs. I would recommend this place for anyone and I will not go to any other shop as a result of my adopted son in the service that has been always provided they do make you feel like family.

No one greets you when you walk in, if anything youâre doing more of the customer service than them! Women and Men employees here give a very stuck up attitude and it doesnât hurt to let your customer even know how much theyâre spending at your store. If you donât walk into that store knowing what you want, they donât ask you if you need help, they roll their eyes and just walk away from you until you have to go back and ask again for assistance. Even if youâre the only customer in the shop. Some sort of meeting with the Staffâs boss needs to happen or people are going to continue to walk out unsatisfied. Iâm a regular customer and in the last few months, itâs only gotten worse. It makes me more hesitant to come in...
   Read moreOverall customer service is nice but employees should be given correct information on their policies. I bought a Geek Bar and unfortunately it was one that was malfunctioned. The next morning I came in and a younger employee was super sweet but told me I had to come in during the time a manager was here for a refund. I ended up getting a new device and called back Tuesday asking if it were still possible to get my money back, and a different employee confirmed that I can come in when the store manager is in for a refund. I understand the law about not being able turning alcohol and tobacco but it seemed like there was an exception being made for my scenario. Apparently not, wasted my gas and time to come here multiple times just to be told no refunds or exchanges allowed. Just be sure to let your employees give customers correct...
