Just want to share the bad experience I’ve had in two separate occasions with this “diva guy” named “Daniel” apparently he’s too good for customers service, has a horrible attitude and responds with sarcasm I did bring it up to his manager and he had the nerve to tell me in front of her “did I tell you to come up to the register!? No right!??” I told him well you’re the only one in the registers and he points out that he was doing something else and his job isn’t customer service. The manager told him Daniel calm down because of how rude he was acting. I also notice the owner sitting outside I mentioned to him I would let him know what kind of employee he has and he responded “Go ahead his a nice guy” like saying there will be no problem he’s to nice to discipline him. The first time I let it go but this 2nd time I realized Daniel is just miserable with his job. I’m a “PAYING CUSTOMER” and it’s unacceptable to be treated with that kind of...

I’m not sure how they do business but I placed an order over 3 weeks ago and they say it takes about 5 business days to arrive. First time I called about where my order was they said sorry they forgot. Second time I called they said that they didn’t have one of the clippers and they were waiting on the shipment. Third time I called they said they were shipping it that day. Fourth time I called they said it shipped and that it would get here soon, that was 6 days ago. Fifth time I called they said they shipped it but that their system was down so they couldn’t track it and they they would get back to me the next day. Never got a call back the next day. I don’t reccomend ordering anything from here unless you don’t mind waiting over a month. I have a business to run. I need...

Horrible costumer services. The lady viridiana, or whatever her name is, has the worts attitude I have seen in a manager. Whoever hire her or promoted her to that position of manager has no clue of how she is and the damage that she's doing to this location. Prices are also to high. Do yourself a favor and go to elegante or anywhere else. Avoid this location and this lady at all cause. Persons like this one should not be in a manager position because they lack the necessary skills amd education to perform efficiently. Obviously she has necer accomplished nothing on her life because a simple manager position went to her head....
