After I recruit item, I’m done! Yet again month of June 2025 I am being harassed! They try to tell you that you don’t set up a promise to pay so they can try to repossess your item. Make sure you take screenshots of anything that you do online !!!! Especially setting up promise to pay! They will try to tell you that you didn’t set up a promise to pay and try to repossess your item. I paid in store and they were knocking on my door an hour later not very organized! Anyways, I had set up a promise to pay for May 8 of 2025, so I called and made a portion of that payment and then made the rest of the payment later that evening. I get home from working on May 9, 2025 and I have a letter on my door. Shocking! It’s urgent. I need to contact them. Luckily I take screenshots of everything and I will be contacting him in the morning to get corporate number to figure out who I need to talk to you to at this point I feel like They are just doing your own purpose. Make me mad because I know that I don’t listen at my apartment and I purposely do what I need to do to get them from coming here and licking your ass, but I proceed to do it anyways! There was literally never even heard one to put a letter on my door today. I am good up until 6/1/25! When they came the last time, the manager sincerely apologized to me because he had remembered seeing me in the store that morning and I had got there before they even opened. I always try to call before they open or get there before they open because I just don’t like dealing with them so after I pay this item off, I’m done with this place. I used to think very highly of this store and its employees but know they have a few who work there that are rood they talk down to u I havent had phone service for 3 days and it's still coming and going so today logan calls I dont like dealing with him he belittled me in the beginning and hes very rood at the first of this month we used my husband debit card to pay our bill logan said it was declined its social security so we know the money was there so we call the card it says the money was taken off by Aaron's so we had to get a new card and we still dont know where 256.00 went so I told them I will pay the 23rd I always pay the month he now wants my debit card number ( not gonna happen) and 2 months payment so I ask to speak to larry he calms me down and explains everything that I will be getting a call everyday until the payment is made I cant afford 2 months payment so I guess logan will be calling everyday after I pay these things off i wont be back and i have been a customer since the store opened dont get me wrong larry and Darien are wonderful people I really like them . I have had the worse experience with this store they Have took my money twice now and then called saying they can’t deliver so you take my money then called saying u can’t after typing up the agreements and sending receipts and not to mention they had me waiting on them all day yesterday and Andy lied to me saying my stuff was on the truck and then I called and Jeremey tells me it wasn’t then I call again and jeremey said they had me on the next day delivery and was approved by the store manager Larry and he would call me back before he leaves to lmk a time and then I call back and Andy and Jeremy is gone and I talk to Blake and he says he seen me on the schedule for next and then Larry calls me this morning and says they can’t cause of 6 months of payment history and then try’s to bring up something from 2019 and me and my husband wasn’t even together after he called me a lier so I’m not happy with this store after I pay off my mattresses I’m DONE WITH THIS STORE NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME BACK BECAUSE THEY LIE AND TAKE MONEY THEN WHEN THEY RETURN IT TAKES 7-10 days and they say...
