Bestway Supermarket — Local services in Huntington

Don't get me wrong I love best way as a market I love how they have different nationalities of foods but since they close the one on Richmond highway when I can I come to the one on telegraph and I enjoy the hot bar the food is good. The last two times I came in to get food I felt unwanted by the ladies that I was getting the food from it seems like she didn't have tolerance to understand or to take my order when asked her and questions about something or she may have a mild temper. I wanted to ask her was it a issue with me not sure if she doesn't like black people I'm not 100 on that but it's like the same person same attitude so I'm not going to make it a third time I'll just probably come in and shop but not get nothing from the hot bar I'll go to mega Mart for the hot bar but not to shop. This store has been the most disappointing shopping experience for me. The quality of their products was subpar and some items were even rotten. It was challenging to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak English well. I had purchased an item which turned out to be smelling bad, and when I tried to explain the situation, they requested a receipt for a replacement. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the receipt since I had just received the item moments before. This led to me having to discard the item in front of them. Both the cashier and the manager were unhelpful and communication was nearly impossible. We went to Bestway for the first time 2 weeks ago. I'm from otherseas so I definitely wanted to check it out. Good part, they have good product choices but I bought 3 boxes of hot pockets (3 different kind) I planned to eat it today and I found out that one of the boxe had molded hot pockets (cf pictures), the second one looked good so I ate one and after I ate half of it I bite into a mold spot cf pictures.... that was horrible you can of course imagine how I feel now ... I have food poisoning, feel very sick, very bad diarrhea.... The worst is this is a frozen product how is that even possible?! I would never go back there or if I do I would be extra extra careful about...
