Got furniture back in July of 2023. Dealing with them writing my card info down and constantly trying to take money out. I was assured that my card was removed and auto pay was removed but just recently my card was declined for wrong expiration date and then later this evening it was approved. So beware they will write your card info down and tell you a blatant lie that they do not have it but when you try to run my old card that isn’t active and the last 4 number are completley different then yes my card number is written down somewhere. Along with getting phone calls everyday regarding a payment. I work 24/7 so I cannot answer the phone my fiancé handles our baby at home so she can’t always answer the phone. Then they will blow up your reference phone numbers. I even got a call at 8 at night from them mind you I am usually asleep. If this keeps going on then i will in fact have them come get the furniture and I will no longer be a customer with them. I would rather deal with Aaron’s than these people. New management takes their job way too serious. If you miss 1 week of payment you have to pay 3 weeks in advance. There is no leeway with these people. The guy chris is no good keep harassing his customers and keep calling all week after you have talked to him before. If I could give no starts I would because the management there is so bad I talked to them n let them know that I work night n I will be there soon and the woman want to tell me we need our tv so I told her when I am off they will get them then she want to start talking mess. I was trying to give them any chance with there service but it’s still the same. Buddy’s is a place where they need ppl n management that know how to talk to customers and treat ppl. Then they give me a tv that I asked was a smart tv n they said yes but when I got it home it wasn’t a smart tv at all I called them to get another one n the manager was like we don’t have anymore smart tv that size I asked to take it back n get something different n she want to say they were out. I do not recommend going here. They will over charge you and lie to you. All they want is your money. They don’t care if you going to be late they will send someone to your job and your home to pick up money or the merchandise. I pay weekly. 2 months ago I asked them how much I have left to pay. I asked them again today and it was the same amount. How is that possible? Im supposed to pay $60 a week and yet I’ve been paying anywhere from 80-120 a week. They call it late charges. I asked them if it at least went towards my merchandise and it doesn’t. It goes to them. There is something going on in this store. I can’t even get ahold of corporate to inform them.
