Hemline embodies everything I love about shopping: (1) a small boutique - i.e. not too overwhelming, with a smaller selection, making the pieces feel more special and like not many will have the same thing; (2) excellent customer service - proactively helping to get a fitting room started and grabbing items from you to add to the room as you continue searching; (3) quality brands in affordable price ranges; (4) trendy items as well as classic staples; (5) continually updating inventory. My one complaint is I wish they carried more variety of sizing of swimwear instead of the “one size fits all” brand…and I also wish they stayed stocked in...

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would!! I’ve been here twice and both times it was a terrible customer experience! The girls that work in the store are not accommodating at all and they don’t even greet you when you walk in the door. There’s plenty of other boutiques in Huntsville that offer much better service. This place wont last long if they continue to employ workers that don’t care about...
