First time going to this place and won’t be back. I was looking for an educational toy for a graduation party I was attending. The toys are definitely nice and different from the usually things you get other places. That being said the staff was so extremely disgusting towards my sister and I. We were the only ones waiting in line to check out. The cashiers were talking about something but we didn’t mind waiting. Another employee called them out and asked for them to check us out. To which Melissa responded “ Well I’m waiting on them to walk up to the register, they’re just standing there. Are you ready ?? …. Obviously. My sister went ahead and I waited. She then said “Are you not going to check out? There’s another register right over there” with her sarcastic belittling tone. We are customers and deserve to be treated same as the previous clients. I returned 20 minutes later and returned the toy I purchased. I found a better toy, price, and more than anything...

This is absolutely the best toy store in Huntsville, hands down. Everything is organized so perfectly and is easy to find and everyone that works there is the most friendly and helpful!

The Best part of this store is that they don't only carry plain Jane toys, they have an incredible selection of STEM toys that you just can't find anywhere else locally, but might be hesitant to buy online bc you can't try them - LE has a LOT of their toys out as a display to test before you buy. My family decided we needed a weekend away, so we chose Huntsville. While most of our trip was very pleasant, I cannot say that about our visit to Learning Express. There was only 2 other people inside the store, and we kept socially distanced. It wasn’t until we asked the only employee a question that we noticed how extremely rude that employee’s attitude was. Thankfully, my husband noticed and took the children to the car, before I checked out our $50+ purchase. My daughter was so excited to go to this store. I didn’t want to ruin her experience. I’m being generous with the 3 stars, because my daughter had the best time looking at all their merchandise picking out items. I’ll order online or try a local area...
