Let me start off by stating, I cannot recommend King Jewelers enough! I have worked with Bryn for the most important jewelry of my life, the engagement and wedding ring! My fiancé and I searched for weeks to find the perfect engagement ring and found bits and pieces of several different rings that she loved but never the "one". One day we went to, then B&B Jewelers, and Bryn was able to sketch a design with every design choice we wanted. He then made a CAD model and a few weeks later had a 3D model for her to try one and provide feedback. Well she had a few tweaks and got another model shortly thereafter until she had a perfect ring design. It was the easiest custom ring experience I can imagine! I came back months later to order the matching wedding bands to go with the custom ring and days later had a rendered CAD model showing the bands. Not only was the rendering of the bands but he included an example how it would look matched up to the engagement ring! This was an excellent addition for my fiancé to be able to envision the final ring combination and ultimately decided to get a matching band on both sides. Happened across King Jewelers a couple months ago. Needed my wife’s Seiko watch band resized and was surprised the local Seiko dealers wouldn’t do that unless they had sold the watch originally. So I set to work finding a place in SE Huntsville that welcomed walk-in customers and was happy to find King Jewelers with great Google reviews. I am going to add mine. After Bryn quickly and expertly resized my wife’s watch band, we inquired as to whether he could resize a pearl necklace. Not just any necklace, but one that had been purchased 40+ years ago and had great sentimental value.

We returned later with the necklace, and after giving us an estimate, Bryn set to work locating exactly the right additional pearls to match. That is not an easy thing to do for ones of a certain vintage. After checking with multiple vendors, he got the necklace re-stringed and it is flawless!
