I have purchased numerous pieces of Jewelry from Osbornes, all of them coming directly with Dee. Even when she was on Vacation she was available to handle any problems that happened. My wife loves Lagos (the entire family apparently thinks it’s sent from Heaven) so amongst the handful bracelets, I’ve purchased a few. But the biggest ticket item is our wedding bands and engagement ring. I was lucky enough to have to deal with the Covid problems and Dee and the Osbornes themselves were nothing but tremendous. When you want extremely high quality with a very affordable but reasonable price tag, they are the people to go to. We had a custom one built and the process of building a ring from scratch is not easy. They were exceptional. Two weeks before I was going to ask the love of my life to marry me, they called and said it was done. The next day they called and said there was a problem with the diamond and said it wouldn’t be. So I sat on it for a couple of hours and called and asked for Mrs. Osborne (I had spoken to her a couple of times while waiting in the store). I explained what was happening and that I had paid a sum of money for it to be correct. She said give her 10 minutes. I’m about 6 she called back and said that if they couldn’t get the parts on time the ring was ok to use for the proposal and when we got back the following Monday they would do it in a 1 day process. Long story, short, they could’ve given us a ring and never tried to go the extra mile. But they did. And you can’t put a price tag on customer care. (Ps. The reason they had to fix it was to make the diamond sit lower to secure it. They brought that up and didn’t have to)

My husband had a custom wedding ring made for me, the first one was too big so when they made the band, the correct size was made. We lost the ring and had to have it remade and was sure to notify that the first one was too big so the new one should match the band at 4.25. And since they were HORRIBLE on pricing and selection of diamonds I even bought elsewhere and had them install when the ring arrived. I was soo excited to have my ring again and for it to be absolutely perfect this time. I was so tired of wearing that ugly thing that hold them together to fit properly (which I paid another shop additional to make for the last ring Osbornes made, thats how upset I was the first time). I did not want to go back here, but because they have the mold I have no choice. I go to pick it up and sure, its as beautiful as can be, but it still is entirely TOO BIG! 2 sizes too big! Then Shannon (who we worked with the entire time) says, well we can try and size it for you…NO! That was supposed to be done prior to my arrival, YOU have my correct ring size!!! Now every single time I look at my ring, all I can do is cry. It is so upsetting not just to get your ring on engagement day too big but then to have it remade and it still be too big and yet bigger than it was the first time. If we lose this ring my husband will just have to come up with another design or I will purchase my own ring elsewhere. I wouldn’t be as frustrated and upset if I didn’t specifically make it clear over the phone as well as when I dropped off...

I had a great experience with Osborne's Jewelers! All of their employees are extremely knowledgeable in the business as well as very honest. I purchased an engagement ring for my now fiancee and it is amazing! She was blown away by the diamond and the ring. I worked with Jake Leonard, a fine jewelry consultant. I highly recommend Jake! I told him exactly what I was looking for in terms of ring style and diamond size and within just a couple days he called me back to have me come see several superb stones that met what I was looking for. Compared to the many other jewelers I visited to examine other diamonds, without a doubt Osborne's had the best in every way possible, including price! I had a very specific ring style in mind, and Osborne's was even able to custom make the ring to my exact specifications including CAD drawings so you can actually visualize what your ring is going to look like before they even start making it. I was able to see the CAD and then request modifications based on what I liked or didn't like so that I ended up with the perfect ring for my fiancee. The best part is they do it all right there at Osborne's! My fiancee and I are going back to Osborne's for our wedding bands as well, and I am positive that will not be the last time we do business with the great people at Osborne's Jewelers!
