There was alot of confusion right when I got there with my boyfriend. I bought ticket a month in advance & they didn't tell me online that I would get complimentary armbands with that purchase. So when I went to buy them armbands another civilian was like oh no those are the armbands for rides. & so I asked the man taking money for my 60 dollars back for armbands. & he didn't speak any English to me just kept saying " ur ok go" & I said no I need my money back. Well then he tried saying my kids arm bands were on them & I said no those are the 1s we got when we came in. It took 30 minutes & we had to talk to another man & finally he gave us my money back. Then if your kids are shorter than 32 inches they can't ride anything which is also kinda a bummer bc somw rides they can't even ride with you or another sibling. Definitely not worth the money. Also the rides were very long some had an hour wait. 10/10 would not waste my money if I had to pay at the gate. But early bird tickets are definitely where it's st it was 34 dollars for 4 ppl & 4 free armbands so I...
Read moreIt was not what i expected at all. It felt like a leech (Fair) latched onto my skin and sucked my blood (Wallets). Parking was 5 dollars, entry was 12 dollars, and 20 tickets were 20 dollars. You'd think 20 tickets would get you a lot of rides, but most rides where only 3-5 tickets, you could get nothing with 1-2 tickets. PLUS, you'd think parking would be entry but NOOOO. Another thing that got my blood boiling was that sad excuse of a 'petting zoo'. Most of the animals- if not ALL of the animals- were in tiny pens. There was a goat that would ONLY walk in circles in the corner and the sheep in the corner pens had no room to stand up straight. I expected so much from this fair and all it did was make me sweat, get bitten by mosquitos, and feel sad for the animals in the petting zoo. Very very veeery sad...
Read moreMy nephew, 7 years old, is too tall to ride the kiddie rides but not tall enough to ride the bigger rides. We paid $5 to park, $15 for admission (1 adult, 1 child), and $25 for an armband. I spoke to the manager Patty and she said "maybe you should've walked around before you bought an armband." She was very rude with no customer service skills. BTW, I measured him next to the height signs by the ticket booth. They are different than what's next to some of the signs. From now on, I'll wait for Oktoberfest...one flat price ($24 last year) that covers parking, admission, and the armband. It takes place every September on...
