Took my wife's Range Rover Sport in to get the front windows tinted and a glare strip installed on Oct 28th . When I picked the vehicle up the tint on the windows still had bubbles and was told that they would go away in about a week. On Oct 31 we noticed debris under the tint on the passenger side front window and scratches on the driver's side front window from the tool they used to apply the tent. Took it back in on Nov 1st and they redid the tint on both front windows. When I picked up the vehicle everything looked good except for a small mark on the driver's side front window. The guy said if it doesn't go away they will replace the tint again. After not rolling the windows down for 5 days my wife called me while I was out of town to tell me that the driver side window buttons did not work. After returning home from my business trip I return to innovative tent and graphics and expressed my frustration with the situation. I received a full refund for the entire tint job but was told that there was no way they had done anything to cause the window switches to stop working. After returning home and disassembling the driver's side door switch I found that so much liquid was used when applying, removing and reapplying the tint that it got into door switches and caused corrosion. Now we are stuck with fitting the bill for a new window switch at the cost of $250 plus dealer labor. I give a rating of one star only because zero stars is not an option. Bought a car 2 months, garage keep the car and take very good care of it. Scheduled an appointment at 1pm on a Friday 10/26/18 to have the windows tinted. At 1130 that morning I went to the car wash, I washed and HAND DRYED every inch of the vehicle then went to drop it off. When I picked it up I noticed multiple scratches all over the truck of my car. I brought it to the attention of the employees who told me the owner wouldn’t be in until Monday and would call me to resolve it. Never was called, finally Tuesday I call and have to leave a message to get another call back. Finally got a call back where the owner John stated he was completely unaware of the situation until right then there (Tuesday 10/30), without hesitation or any knowledge of the situation he denies any possibility of his workers doing this. I literally walk by the exact spot they damaged every single time I get in and out of the vehicle in my garage not to mention hand drying the vehicle 45 mins...
