I had an unfortunate alternator failure while traveling, still 5 hours away from home. I called ahead and was able to have them hold the needed parts as I limped my rapidly dying van to their location. I was greeted warmly and the parts I had held were brought up without any hassle. The icing on the cake was the willingness of the staff (a woman in a gray shirt and a man in an orange shirt, in my focus to get done I did not get their names) to loan me a few tools to change the part in their parking lot.They took a very unfortunate event and made it much better for my family and I as we made it home safely after the unexpected failure. 10/10 would have an alternator failure in their...

Probably fine if you just need something they have in stock but if it has to be ordered, forget it and go down the road. Was told they located a non stock part at another store and it would arrive "tomorrow". Call the afternoon of the next day to check and they say it's on the truck scheduled to arrive between 5pm-7pm. Wait until the next morning and drive to pick it up. Turns out it hasn't even been shipped. Now we're on the way to Texarkana to pick it up at another chain store.
