Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Idabel

expect different results each time you order.... the food is never consistent- (we ordered delivery consecutively doing remodeling here in town)... They ALWAYS- leave out at least one thing from your order- not exaggerated. We’ve had them run back to get the missing order and they have returned still missing what we’ve ordered.... how many trips does it take to gather our order?- try 4 trips... that’s insane. They have even asked us if we want them to go get the missing items as if they are going to leave and not return. No refunds etc.... why would you even ask that? It’s like “nah, just keep the 80usd + for nothing...” their attitudes are of the poorest standards and the food shows. I just hope the future customers consider their options... also prices on the same orders are different each...

I ordered on the app and forgot something and they said they would fix it. When they delivered my pizza they didn't add the extra price to the total and redo the order they brought it without calling to let me know that there was going to be a cash balance. Also pizza was cold and looked poorly made. I had to cashapp the driver the balance instead of having to call the store and resolve the issue. Called the store and explained my problem the manager said she would have them remake the order and would send all the receipts that the driver never left. I've never when I worked there we never took money on cashapp we referred them to the store to resolve the issue. Very disappointed with this experience...

I know everyone wants to bash this place, and we haven't been here in a long time. But we ordered a couple of pizzas and they were Delicious. The best thing about Pizza Huts pizza is it's very good cold or the next day. All pizza is good when it just comes out of the oven, but most pizza is gross the next day. The hut favorite that they can put on the crust is the bomb. The young man at the drive thru was very courteous. You can tell they either hired new help or gave a talking to the employees about how to treat a customer. If you haven't been in awhile, give them another chance. You can't beat the prices and you can SEE the prices. They don't try to hide them like another pizza place I could name. I...
