KFC — Restaurant in Idabel

This place wasn’t that great before all the county official mess, but now it is downright atrocious. Lately they are “out of chicken” or “the fryer is down” or “it’s too close to closing” every time we have gone. They’ll open with the drive thru phrase “Would you like to try our new kfc nuggets?,” but then once they hear our voice they’ll revert to one of the aforementioned “we aren’t going to serve you” lines. I had a feeling it was because of our ethnicity, so I tested that theory out & had a friend of a different ethnic background attempt a similar order 15 minutes after we had been told the “can’t serve you” phrase “it’s too close to closing” (which by the way was an hour & a half prior to closing time). Wouldn’t you know he got the order in just fine & received the chicken with no complications whatsoever. 100% a stay away for our family...

I was actually looking forward to some kfc.I ordered a 12 piece meal plus a Mac and cheese. The girl said 43 something. I thought she must of made a mistake I'll correct her at the window. Because it clearly was priced at 23 something. And surely Mac and cheese isn't 20 dollars.well I was informed in a way that made me feel like I was a thief trying to steal something.I informed the hateful lady that I just thought the numbers claiming to be the price of each item had something to do with how much I had to pay for it . I was wrong and she yelled it's 40 something dollars if I wanted it . I won't give 40 bucks for that. Can't imagine anyone else doing it either.come to find out my girlfriend did pay that under protest a week earlier. I...

Passing through town and stopped in for dinner. Started out inside to use restrooms. Reatrooms and restaurant were not clean. Very greasy and sticky. Decided to go through drive thru to order and the girl who came on the speaker was ridiculous. Very rude! We tried to order an original chicken meal. They were out of original chicken but had plenty of crispy. When we asked which pieces came with the meal she sighed and said whichever pieces you choose. So we went with the crispy. All breast's. She sighs again said all breast?!?! Yes please.. well that's gonna cost you more. Ok.. that's fine. Then she comes on again and says they only have 1 breast. Her attitude through that speaker was nasty! We just left. I do not recommend...
