I would take stars away if I could. So tonight may 18th we went to this location. We all got our food and my wife's crunch wrap was hard as hell cold and didn't even have meat on it.. she took it back up there and showed them and they offered to make her a new one, she said no thank you just refund us for this item.. well the guy says he is the manager but he's still in training so he has to call his GM to find out what to do.. this man comes out with a piece of paper and said my GM said write your name number and credit card number down and she will do your refund tomorrow and she will call you afterwards First off sir, it dont work like that. If you are issuing a refund back to a card, You issue it and print out a receipt that said blah blah amount was issued a refund to card number ending in blah blah blah. And then say it can take 3 to 5 days to go back on your card.. but no he said that we have to write our name and number and our CC # down and his GM will take care of it tomorrow. There was no screaming no one getting load nothing like that. Then the cops show up and we were telling them what happens and even 2 of the cops agreed that you give them the receipt that it went back to our card, not us leaving our name number and CC#.. well were trespassed for this location because they new they were up to no good or something. Dont go to this location because I truly feel like they were up to no good. We never got our refund and now we can't go back to this store and when I asked the cops, well what are we supposed to do about our money they said it was civil.. they probably do this to alot of people so they can take your money and then trespasse you so that you can't do shit about it.. definitely something...

I Was Just Recently A Current Employee At Taco Bell - And I Can Tell You I See Why This Taco Bell Is Not Keeping The People Taddy S Hires Because She Not Giving You The Hires She Put You On The Schedule To Work She's Saying the Labor Is To High If You're Not A Manager Your Hour's Is Getting Cute Short And Your Not Going To Really Make What You Thought You Were Going To Make The Whole Store Is Not Being Ran Currently . The Store Work Cavity Is 60 Employees The Store Cavity Is No Where Close To 60 Especially All New Hires Quite Because This Store Has 💯 % Very Poor Management If I Go More Into Detail Taco Bell - Idabel Oklahoma Won't Get One Single Car To Pull Up And Order From The Taco Bell I'm Calling Making A Big Complaint To Kmac I Won't Recommended Anyone To Work For This Taco Bell In Life All . Lazy. Best word to describe this place’s employees and the employers. Tell me why I have to sit here and try to figure out how to use this stupid slow kiosk to order while two people are standing there behind the counter on their phones, they could easily take my order and save me the headache. Then, I start to order, and they’re out of everything. Are you serious, I can’t order a bean burrito or a taco… from Taco Bell. This place won’t last long in idabel doing business like this, this is a small town and word travels. There’s like 4 taco spots within 5 miles of you, you need to remember that. I know your employees don’t care about good service, you’re probably working them half to death at 12 bucks a hour like most fast food places. The thick smell of weed outside near the dumpsters tells me most of what I need to know about the place before I even walked in. It may be legal, but it’s trashy. Kids eat here too. Anyway, do better, you currently suck at what you do. All it’s gonna take is a taco bueno or some other chain to show up and blow you out of the competitive pool...
