Dollar General — Local services in Idabel

This store has absolutely 0 leadership and most of the employees are not trained properly.. The " Store manager" Connie doesn't care that her employees are not only not trained properly but also are rude to the customers. Yesterday Dec 14th we went in to do our Saturday shopping like we do every Saturday so we can get out DG coupons and stuff used. And sharice messed up not just one but 2 coupons and then they were unusable.. she is always rude and will not even try and fix it.. I'm not talking about coming in with a book of them. Im talking about the ones on their app and the ones they advertise in the stores.. well after yesterday I've had enough of her attitude and I can in today to talk to Connie the manager and to ask for the district manager's phone number which I was not given at first but then was given the right person's name and number. The rude cashier sharice would not check my wife out. Who was standing in line for over 20 with a line of people behind her. She then tells my wife she's not going to help her not check her out and to come back after 4 when there is another cashier there all while Connie ( the store manager) was right there and did nothing.. I bet dollar general would love to know that they not only have cashier's that are rude but also refuse to help them and turn them away.. I guess my money is not good enough for dollar general. Seems like they need new management and trained employees...

The worst DG I have ever been too..I'm sorry.. I have never been in a store where thier freight is along one side of the aisle. Once you come to the end of the aisle there is more frieght..
