I went to find an easier phone for my senior mother to navigate. We walked in and instead of being greeted ( no one was in the store) the lady said “Can I help you “? I said sure but where are you ? She was sitting down at one of the cubicles and could not even get up to ask. When I asked her the question , she made me feel like I was intruding on her time and said she had no idea if there was a phone more friendly for a senior. That’s fine , but I hated her tone and attitude. She works there but doesn’t know her products and was not interested In helping. My mother has been there as a customer for years.
