Ashley Outlet — Local services in Idaho Falls

I had such a wonderful experience using the Ashley Outlet store. I would definitely use them again in the future! Not only did they give us a great deal on a couch, they had many to test out and sit on, a majority of their pieces can be bought on the spot and received within the week. So nice considering lots of furniture places these days are out weeks, and months before you get your hands on you’re purchase! You have the option of paying a little more for them to deliver the furniture. Another win! They have a computer that shows you visual of everything not on the floor but in stock at their warehouse, plus the different configurations in the couches. If you’re a visual person like me, that is super helpful. They are willing to give you the best deal with high quality furniture so you walk away feeling like you hit the jackpot. Mike helped us get a sectional and was super attentive to our many requests, and went above his job title to make it work and leave us happy customers. He hustled and listened to our every needs. Sometimes I dread going into places like this because the salespeople can be so pushy but Mike was so wonderful to work with. He made the overall experience a 15/10 and because of him i will be back to Ashley furniture to use them...

Not super pleased with my most recent experience here. Went in looking for a furniture set that would need to be ordered in since the only piece in stock was a banged up side table; we asked them to price out the side Table and the set as a whole new. They priced the ruined side Table at almost the cost for a brand new one which was shocking! Then when comparing the “best price they can do” to the pricing on Ashley’s website the difference was pretty stark. We pointed out the differences and tada the best price possible became better… and then they weren’t willing to honor the price match guarantee unless it was coming off their own site, claiming “those sites are scams” when in reality it just sounded like the sites were hard to deal with or had poor customer service. We decided to go to the full Ashley showroom to see the pieces in person and because the experience at the outlet we had felt off. At the full showroom the service was better, associates felt more knowledgeable, more honest and they honored the Ashley price match guarantee. My first experience with this store was very good thanks to an employee that was very helpful. He has stoped working there since. I have recommended this store to family members and friends because of the service we received, however, in my most recent visits I have not goten such service.. I ordered 2 couches on august 14th and was told there would be a six to eight week wait. The time went by and we received no phone calls. Finally on week 10 I made a call to asks about any delays. I was told they would check and call me right back. I never received a call back so a few days later I called again just to be told they would check and call me back by the end of the day. My wife and I have made countless phonecalls now three months later and have never gotten a call back. Last week we were told they would be in on thursday and they would give us a call but never happened. No apologies have ever been made after countless opportunities to make things right. I can understand product shortages and shipping delays, but I can not understand why no one throughout this experience had the courtesy to let us know what...
