I ordered my pizza finishing the call at 6:11 PM. The girl on the phone told me 64 minutes. Ultimately the pizza didn’t show up at my door until 8 PM. I called at 7:30 PM. The girl on the phone told me that the pizza was arriving at my door as we speak. The pizza didn’t show up for another half hour. I called and asked to talk to a manager and kept getting passed around between the young ladies that run the register an answer the phones. Finally, Mario got on the phone and told me that he didn’t know who it was that answered the phone, which seems untrue as they keep a record who’s answering the phones and who is completing the transaction. Mario told me that the pizza would be there in five minutes and that there was a discount from $26 down to $15. Come to find out, they screwed up my pizza a couple of different times and the driver was well aware that it got screwed up. The driver got his tip for me, after calling the store and clarifying that there is a $15 charge. The driver was unaware of this. Mario said that he edited the charge on my card. He said they were very busy, to which I replied that he should give better estimates of time of arrival, that nearly 2 hours after we order the pizza was I Pretty sorry estimate of arrival. Mario decided to tell me that there was numerous different managers there and that it wasn’t his fault, and that he was unaware of who had been on the phones and who gave me the answers that I was given. Shabby management, pizza was cold, and I would like to be contacted by Papa Johns management but I seriously doubt that would happen it be nice to be reimbursed for having to wait two hours to receive cold pizza and breadsticks that were already cooked and...
Read moreTonight I had ordered a pizza and garlic knots on line for an in store pick up. When I arrived at the store and went inside to pay it took a minute for someone to greet me which is understandable for a weekend night. However when I got my total and tried to pay with a $100 bill the cashier told me "I can't take that we do not accept $100 Bill's here" which is no where stated anywhere in the facility. I asked the young man how am I suppose to pay because that was my only means of payment as he told me "give me a card or you'll have to go somewhere to break the bill" This was very frustrating for me to have such rude attitude towards me for something I was not aware of nor is it stated for me to see. I had 2 upset babys in the car with my husband making it even harder for me to leave and go elsewhere to just come back and pay. After having to leave to break the bill we came back for my husband to go in to get the pizza to only be treated rudely and disrespectfully. Finally after getting our pizza it was cold and had to be warmed up. Garlic knot werent even cooked all the way through and the pizza was dry. I am so disappointed in the service and product tonight we order pizza very often from here but after tonight we will be looking elsewhere for our...
Read moreI like Papa John's, but this location needs to get it together. I order from here quite often, because the pizza is good. The service is lacking though. When I order I have become used to the pizza coming with a complimentary garlic sauce, papa john's spice packets and a few red pepper/parmesan packets. I specifically order three extra sauces as well. Consistency is completely out the window for this location. Sometimes I get everything I ordered and then some, but most of the time they forget my sauces all together... They need to do better. Today, I ordered my pizza and three extra sauces. The Papa Tracker failed to provide me with much of anything except to make me upset with Papa John's once again. Order said it would be 36-45 min, I got my pizza an hour later, while the tracker failed to provide any helpful information. No complimentary garlic sauce, which I guess I can live with, but of course my pizza is cold this time and looks as though the driver threw it into his car on the way to deliver it. I highly recommend, if you want to enjoy Papa John's, you go pick it up yourself, so you can make sure it is taken care of on the way...
