I truly can't tell you enough how its changed and not for the best either this store is probably the biggest joke nowadays I'm a secret shopper I do reviews online ECT in my spare time. Management is a joke do you remember the saying the customer is always right ? You want our money? Treat us like it Well don't bother expecting any kind of respect from these guys especially a manager named Braxton . this guy not only sneakily changed my order but proceed to call me a liar by saying they need me to bring in my food next time to prove I'm not lying . don't get me wrong I understand people love to rip off fast food I've seen it and dealt with it but I'm not one of those . Sept 12th 2018 I ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger small combo curly frys NO MAYO ! easy enough right ? I guess not because I asked twice even heard the manager yell to her cook to say no mayo . So I arrive home after getting my food go to take a bite and my mouth gushed with mayo absolutely killed the sandwich for me my burger was ruined and I wasn't happy. So I called to report my experience . I talked to the manager Braxton I explained my issue and he had to go talk to the manager and look up the receipt he asked me what I ordered and I told him a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no mayo with a side of curly fries a small peach cream soda. He proceeded to tell me that's what he got and they would replace the meal and throw in a desert for the inconvenience I said that seemed fair but my sandwich is ruined and he said that's all we can do he asked when I could come in I said sometime next week and he put down my information and said that they have heard my name a few times I explained that they have screwed up a few times but I keep giving them another chance to see if anything would change . I arrived Sunday night Sept 16th 2018 not even 3 days after and asked to talk to a manager and get my meal comped well what I was expecting was a smooth hassle free experience I was on my way to work . well I sat there for 15-20 mins being told that I was lying pretty much I explained 3 times to two different managers what I was told including braxton even he decided to lie to my face and say all I have is a replacement sandwich conveint for you choose to screw the customer haha wow I'm sitting here trying to control my tone before I start yelling at this pathetic excuse for a manager then he hit that peak he got very disrespectful and said we have messed up on your food a lot as I can see I explained hmm really proceeds to imply I'm a liar and I explain so its my fault you choose to screw up my food now I was yelling I try to be as honest as I can I am no liar . he proceeded to raise his voice and say I can get you your side of bacon and a drink but I can't get you some fries I'm flabbergasted I'm straight dumbfounded haha I said whatever fine and he proceeded to say I can't do what ever yes or no? He said if you come in again you will need to bring in the mess up . calling me a liar again inconveinceing the customer like we all have time to drive across town to have a incompetent resturaunt fix there mess up . I had to wait 5 more mins for a side of bacon and I left . Don't bother this place is an absolute joke . I will be leaving this review on all other review sites as well and will be talking to there store manager about...
   Read moreI recently did a doordash here the other day, I've been door dashing for 4+ years, a lot of places won't let you pick the order up through the drive thru, which I totally understand, however I've always picked up my door dash orders through the drive thru at this specific location. I pulled up and asked about the order and they told me I needed to come inside (again I have no problem going in) I specifically said "okay, that's not a problem, just by chance is there any way I could pick it up here cause I have a baby in the car) I would have been fine to go in, but I figured it was worth a shot where as I've never had a problem with this. Some guy gets on the intercom and is being extremely rude telling me there's no reason I need to be doing this when there lobby is open, he had a massive attitude and was rude when I just asked, I had no problem going in, I drove away and said there's no need to be an a-hole. I took my baby inside with me and he told me he was going to report me to my supervisor and that I know my contract with door dash, he was yelling at me (keep in mind, I haven't been able to get any words in and am crying while holding my 8 month old.) I tried to explain that I've never had this issue and I was just asking and he continued to yell saying he needed to verify my device and not to swear at him, I let him verify my device and told him I haven't been swearing at him, I said what I said while driving away because he was being rude, once again he continued to yell at me saying he wasn't and that I know my contract. The other works looked extremely uncomfortable and kept continuously apologizing to me. I have talked to door dash and will no longer being sent Jack in the box orders. If anyone knows the name of the older guy who may be a manager, I would love to know so I can report him to someone higher up, where as it's not okay to treat anyone like that, and especially to yell at someone while they have a baby in there hands.    Read moreHey, jerks!! Since Iâve now called you six times to try to resolve our issue maybe youâll see this. My husband and I came through your drive through at 7:20 to pick up food that we ordered on the app at 7:18:35. We waited less than a couple of minutes in line, got the bag, and then drove the less than two miles to our house without opening said bag. The only thing you had to do special on units order is not put ranch on my husbandâs burger. Thatâs it. Itâs right on the receipt. What did you do? You put enough ranch on it to choke a horse. Which could almost have been ignored except that it looked like someone punched the sandwich before putting it in the bag. The fries in both meals were stale, cold, and undercooked. And I donât know when your taco meat expired but it only took one bite to make me sick. I tried calling over and over to resolve it but no one apparently knows how to answer a phone. My meal faired no better. Equally as cold and smashed. I can only hope that the ticket I submitted to the app will get me my nearly $30 back so I can spend it at a restaurant that actually cares.
