Albertos — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

I have been going here since they opened. I've always had good food and ok service. But tonight was my last straw. The little 12 yr old running the window is the rudest, game playing. brat I've ever met. When I was ordering she was purposely repeating my order wrong. I get up to the window and get my food. I pull up and check my order. It's missing things so I go to the front to get what I need. She comes out to tell me its drive thru only. I told her she forgot my sauces that I paid for. She told me I'd have to go through the drive thru, so I do. I didn't stop at the speaker. I get to the window and she pretends not to see me as I can see her looking at me . I sat there for 5 minutes. Finally laid on the horn. She says you need to stop at the speaker. I told her I did the first time when I ordered it and she better give me what I paid for. Then she hands it to me and wanted to charge me for it. I looked at her and laughed and told her to have the day she deserves. I refuse to give my hard earned money to somebody that is that vile and disrespectful. They need turned in and shut down. Lost a...

I went in there today during my lunch break. I was going to go to subway next door but I was like nah I could make a sandwich at home in seconds myself. So I chose this spot. Only 2 people working, I walked in and I was like feelin the hard work in the air. I was impressed with how quick service was with a line of cars outside as well.. I ordered a daily special, beef chimichanga came with rice & beans and a drink. What I was super impressed with was the size of the chimi! Also there was FRESH homemade salsa. It was so good! The chimi also had peppers in it which I loved. I'm sure it was their kids sitting in dinning room on ipads. My only turn offs were.. place is dirty they just need a day to scrub a little. Didn't bother me though. 😆 and the soda machine... that I was scared of. Probably not getting properly cleaned. Also CO2 is pretty weak. I didn't drink my drink. But everything else great! I hope the best for the owners in this world right now....

I have never before driven away from an order, but tonight I tried going through their drive-thru & after ordering a single item the girl told me that she’d have my total at the window… We tried to continue our order & after each item she would ask “is that it?” & another time tried to say that she’d have our total at the window. (It was not a large order, it was just the two of us getting food) Finally after we get to ordering our drinks, we attempted to ask what churros they had & she just stopped responding… they close at midnight, we arrived at 10:30, so I know it wasn’t because they were rushing us so that they could close. There was a car in front & behind us. The service here has always been lacking but I know after tonight I will not be returning to this location. It is SOOO VERY worth it to drive over to the one on First Street. They’re always polite & it took us less than a minute to place an order. Had our food...
