Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Idaho Falls

They’re good. I grew up in Northeast PA and never heard of Dutch Bros. Before coming to Idaho.

It’s like a better Starbucks. It’s a bit pricey but everything is very good. I learned they have a secret menu from coming here with a buddy of mine (it might not be actually a “secret” but he called it a secret menu. I’ve ordered some of the “secret” menu items that don’t appear on their normal menu and they’ve taken my order, so it’s real) my favorites are the Captain Crunch, the Ninja Turtle, and the Cake Batter.

It’s pricey, like you’d expect from a coffee shop, but everything is tasty, the sizes are generous, a small honestly feels like a lot by the time you finish, and the staff is always super friendly and cheery. I don’t know where they get these guys or what they feed their employees, but they’re always very bright, happy, and polite. Not in a creepy way, but a way that sort of picks you up a bit.

They have non-coffee options and lower calorie options. Their cold coffees (freezes) all come in non-coffee milk shakes (frosts). They have chocolate milk and smoothies too.

Me and my fiancé usually only go once a month on free sticker day (the first Wednesday of every month) to collect their free monthly stickers. It’s become a fun little tradition and an excuse to get a tasty treat...

First time when the manager was there was awesome! My raspberry Italian Soda was perfect with half and half and whip cream on top. Since then not so good flat not a good mix of half n half... Especially today had to throw it away. (UPDATE) these kids took three X to get an Italian Soda half and half right. First one with pictures they filled that cup all the way up with ice right into the lid then made the drink topped off with whip cream that took me three swallows to finish so I basically paid $4.00 dollars for ICE totally upset. I came back so they could make it right, they bring me an Italian soda NO half N half and heavy whip cream I said to her as she promised me it just needed to be stirred as I started it blew up in my nice new car all over everything and back she went so here comes a guy with a new one AGAIN ITALIAN SODA WITH HEAVY CREAM ON TOP SO I SAID WHAT PART OF A RASBERRY ITALIAN SODA HALF N HALF DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!??!! SO HE SAID I WILL BE BACK AND FINALLY, HE COMES BACK WITH A THE SOMEWHAT OF A RIGHT VERSION WHICH TURNES OUT TO BE FLAT😡 I will only go when the manager is there and if I have to I will personally teach these children how to make one since I go there for Rasberry Italian...

Just had an awful experience. They handed our drinks into the car ahead of us, they were in the car long enough for the other car to realize no one ordered our drinks (2-4 mins). Handed them back out and then they tried to give us the used drinks. Mind you it was $20 after tip for our order. The blonde then tried to lie that they hadn't handed out our drinks and was visually upset when I asked her to remake them. She went so far as to make a comment to her coworker about me seeing them being handed out to the wrong car. Granted the car ahead got a pup cup and obviously had dogs in their car. My son has sever dog allergies and I'm literally 32 weeks pregnant so sharing expensive that I paid for with complete strangers, seems uncalled for.
