We rented a mailbox at this location for years. The owner was never very friendly but it was a convenient location. After moving out of the area I contacted them about closing the mailbox to watch they replied I would need to come in and returned the keys. I replied letting them know it was more than an hour away and felt that it was completely adequate to mail the keys to them. They agreed. Two months later a package was accidentally mailed to that mailbox at the UPS store. A few weeks later I was in the area so decided to stop in and pick it up. When I asked for my package they stated I owed them rental fees for the past 2 months and if I didn't pay it I would not get my package. I'm not even sure if that's legal but the package really wasn't that important so I just left telling them I would never do business with them again. The target app directed me to make my return at the ups store, I came to this location, and was then told that the item must be in shipping box, despite the fact that target didnāt supply me with one since it was shipped to the store. While I respectfully understood the situation, the employee berated me for bringing the package without a box and threatened me telling me that I could ship the item as is but Iād be lucky if it showed up without damage because of the ā4 trucks it will get thrown onā during shipping. As the employee is saying this, he is throwing my item around on the scale, to which I asked if he preferred I take it to the store and ask for their help, to which they said yes and handed back my items. THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RETURN CLEARLY STATED TO BRING MY ITEM TO YOUR STORE AND SAID IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE TAPPED OR EVEN IN A BOX BECAUSE IF I DIDNT HAVE IT THAT IT WOULD BE PROVIDED TO ME FREE OF CHARGE. IF IT DIDNT SAY THIS I WOULD HAVE HAPPLY WENT FROM MY BUSINESS BACK HOME AND PUT A PIECE OF TAPE ON THERE TO SAVE MYSELF A $5 CHARGE FOR A PIECE IF TAPE AND TO HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEE DO IT..
