I recently left a good review on the white lake location. Apparently you can only leave one review per store. I don't use the Clarkston store as I live out in Highland. However, my sister's fiance informed me that wild bills was getting rid of Black Friday deals and how he purchased $1 kratom shots with no strings attached. Btw, kratom is a terrible and extremely addictive product and although and unfortunately I am a user, I Michigan would ban the product. Anyways, I went to the white lake location on 59 and asked if they had $1 kratom shots. He told me yes, but they were $1 and only 1 per person (sister's fiance showed me his bank statement charging just $2 plus tax for 2 shots). Anyways, during my visit the guy said "I'll hook you up if you leave a good review" which I did. He brings 6 kratom shots to the counter and I think I'm paying $1 each, but the charge was actually $31 and some change. I still left my review in place. I told a few people about it, a few days later a good friend messaged me that he tried to and the employee very aggressively told him they were buy 1 get 1 for $1. With new management, I thought it would get better but, lo and behold, they did it again twice recently. If they would let us return products when it's their employees fault, I would easily give 5 stars.
Kindly train your employees better, or have at least one knowledgeable staff member per shift.
