Ok I just have to pop on here and say…I’m not one to write reviews, but this guy/place deserves it. Staff member Bill was so good to us! I went in literally at the last minute, as he was closing the store and had already put up inventory (maybe even with keys in hand!) (6pm) (tonight, Saturday, so on a weekend, at that), and he was incredibly friendly and welcomed me and my pieces of jewelry to be evaluated for sale, with zero qualms about it. I was scattered and anxious from having gotten lost and coming so late, and he went so far as even calming my nerves and reassuring me! Even if he was lying and I did seem insane (LOL)…racing in the door, talking a million words per minute, to keep him as little past 6 as I could, out of respect for his time, and unable to find one of the pieces I came to sell face palm, he was believable, so I’ll take it, haha! He was personable, honest, and straight to the point, an (above)average guy, etc., not a scammer, con-artist, thief, etc…you know, the ones I can imagine who lie, cut corners, pressure you into selling, rush you out the door, undercut competitors by paying more than you were previously offered, knowing how lowball of an offer the previous was, thus still ripping you off but making you think you got a good deal, talk a big game, upsell themselves, etc [insert any negative descriptive word for the poor mental concept these types of professionals can hold, LOL]. He wasn’t creepy, either; I felt very comfortable being there alone with him (well, alone besides my toddler). He didn’t nickel and dime me; he was fair, and he bought the one piece I had of value. Another was in my car and tricky to get to (I had a large Dewalt toolbox with tools and other items I’d tried pawning. It was in that box and a struggle to reach. The box itself was incredibly heavy so not worth getting out of the car for only a moment, just to struggle to get it back in.), and he actually came outside and tried himself to retrieve it with me! We had no luck, but I described the item, and he said he would buy it when I came back in with it, when they weren’t closed. I kept him late at work and he never complained or rushed me. Furthermore, I was with my toddler, and he was friendly to him, asking his name, and including him in on the process. He even gave him a free watch, which my son loves, had me instantly affix to his wrist, and he hasn’t stopped Yipping about since. Got cash on the spot. Didn’t have to do a lot of timely paperwork and extras, was in and out in a flash, and the whole thing was seamless and easy. The only stressful part was me being stressed, myself, being late and keeping him late and not being able to find the necklace I wanted to sell…and the fear my son would tear up the couch he found so comfy and wanted to beat on, LOL, but said stress was self-induced, never because of Bill rushing me or guilt-tripping me for my tardiness, like I’m used to at Walmart when I make my last minute runs…they sure like to remind you they want to go home, rudely, and to hurry your as* up :D. So in comparison to what I’m used to, it was like a luxury relaxing spa day, haha. I don’t feel jipped at all, which I always feared would be my lasting feeling leaving the sale of jewelry, knowing it’s depreciation and only being as valuable as the value placed on it by the persons interested in it, or not…all sentiment, memories, and attachment aside. That black and white thinking can be difficult to swallow, it seems, and I’ve seen persons be offended at offers nor leave regretful. I was neither offended or regretful and am clicking my heels all the way to a late night Walmart run, to probably be rushed and offended, to make up for it, haha! Go sell to Bill…you won’t regret it! I would 100% recommend this place and namely him, to anyone trying to sell jewelry.

Read moreBill was extremely professional and seemed very fair. Sonny looks like he don't play, but my husband doesn't like to leave a room without making everyone smile at least once. They were both very kind & patient with our bazillion questions. Bill was also very helpful with what seemed to be very honest & professional feedback, which we truly appreciated. In all honesty, I would go to them because when I told them the cost of what other jewelers have already charged me to either fix or resize some of my rings, their cost was beyond less than half, they weren't trying to overcharge us or upsell us on anything, but very straightforward, and just seem to genuinely care about what they do. They have customers in us for any future work for all our jewelry needs already, and they haven't even done anything for us other than be seemingly stand-up guys! Thanks guys! We'll...
