Taco Bell — Restaurant in Independence

Just go to the other location. I got a plain "meat and cheese" taco here. I look at the taco, the meat doesn't even line the bottom of the shell, and there's maybe a pinch of cheese. I'm sure if the person who made this taco was forced to pay money for it, they'd be upset about it. We drive back through to bring it up to them, and they act like we're in the wrong? "That's our normal serving size" honey you know full well it isn't. I thought that would be that. But since then, I have been going OUT OF MY WAY to go to the OTHER locations. And they give me normal portions. They give me enough meat to where I can call it a taco. I can't see the bottom of the shell like I could at this location. TWO SEPARATE LOCATIONS did something so simple that this location decided was worth dying on the hill over. If I'm paying full price for a taco, give me my money's worth, just maybe? The penny-pincher behavior at this location is unbelievable, especially so soon after they upped their prices. All in all, the management here gives Taco Bell a bad name, and I will do everything in my power to go to the Taco Bell locations that care...

Dine-In: Most of the time it's not busy in the Lobby so they usually get your food out in reasonable time. I think they take priority for Drive-Thur orders than Dine-In, so you might have a longer wait if there are a lot of Cars in the Drive-Thru.

Drive-Thru: Sometimes they get your order right and sometimes they don't, sometimes they're Fast and a handful of times I've waited for 15mins and more. One time I waited 20mins in Drive-Thru and they still got my Order wrong.

Food: I usually get Crunchy Taco, Cheesy Gordita Crunch, 5-Layer Burrito, Nachos, and Cinnamon Twist and they are what you expect at any other Taco Bell they're great. The Cinnamon Twist are sometimes Hit and Miss with a lot of Cinnamon or very little.

Overall: Service could be better especially with Drive-Thru. It is so spotty you never know how it will go. Food is Great nothing special just like every...

Typically I only write reviews if I had a great experience. This is an exception. I order my food as kindly as possible. I work for customer service so I try to be easy going. I don't want to ruin anyone's day. They could be just like me. I get up the the window hand over my card and the manager accuses me of cussing her employee out as I was ordering. Maybe you meant another car, or maybe you miss heard me, but I don't appreciate that the whole exchange was done tactlessly, and you were adamant it was me. It wasn't. I didn't feel safe eating my food after that. Like I said. I have worked in customer service for 12 years. I know this was just not your day. Please be more kind and respectful, because you could literally be accusing the wrong person. I'm all for you sticking up for your employees. I've been a manager before too. This is not how it...
