A surprisingly great experience all around! I had originally hesitated because I hadn't heard of them before, but I'm so glad I decided to give them a chance! Not only did I receive more money for my phones than any of the other competitors in the same buy-back/trade-in space, but I also got paid the quoted amount VERY QUICKLY once they received the phones. They even paid for the shipping label. I just had to box up the phones and drop them off at the post office. Simple, straightforward, and fast.

Worth noting.... I really liked their policy regarding the whole selling process. I loved the fact that I had the final say in the sale! They give YOU control over whether or not you want to sell your phone to them. For example: Let's say that upon receiving my phones, they didn't exactly match the description I had provided for the quote. If that were the case, they would then offer me an updated quote. Let's say that I don't like this new quote and think my devices are worth more than their new quote. At that time, I have the right to refuse the offer and they would then send back my phones AT NO COST TO ME. The way I see it, it's a win-win situation with no risk to you at all. My experience was simple though. I received the exact amount they originally quoted directly into my PayPal account within hours of my phones reaching them. It was awesome! (I'm already looking to see what else I can sell to them... 😬)

When I first found this place, I legit thought it was a scam and feared that they would take my phones and never pay me back. But now, I was so wrong back then😂 I sold alot of phones here, and they didn't steal nothing, they didn't give me less money then they offered, they did everything they'd say they do. Plus, they had wonderful customer service, any questions you have, they'd answer. They even helped with my questions I had about the place. Thanks to them, I was finally able to get a PS4 this month!

If you're still not sure if you can sell phones to them, don't worry. They give you the best offer, and even let you know when your phone arrives and when the inspection is over. I totally recommend this to anyone who has interests in selling a phone for some money. I will definitely be selling here again!
