Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Independence

In April ordered a pizza and paid with it with a credit card. Will be delivered in 45 minutes. 2 hours later called and was told Door Dash was on the way with it. Door Dash called and said they were waiting at the store for my order but was told they had to remake it, it was made wrong. It would be another hour before it would be ready. I called the store and told them to cancel the order and credit my sisters credit card. Well, they couldn't do it, they didnt know how, and besides they were having technical problems. Someone would be in touch. Ya right. 4 months later, still no credit on the card, my sister called the store and talked to Keith, and he told her he was sorry this hadn't been handled and he was going to put a $25 credit on our account. 08-19-23 we thought we would have pizza. I tried to order online but the credit didn't show up. So I called and it went to God knows where, for ordering. Well, they can't see the credit so they will connect me with the store. 6 times we tried that. The 6th time the store answere, and when I said hello, they hung up. I called right back, they answered the phone. Told them I had a credit on my account I would like to use. They couldn't get my info into their computer, new computer system 2 days before. They tried 5 times to do that, and the woman said could I hold for a minute. 30 minutes later, 30 damn minutes, I hung up. I am DONE with the Noland Rd. store. They need to shut it down. This pizza by has yet to stear me wrong until tonight... I ordered online got the $7.99 large two topping pizza. When doing so i built the pizza I wanted. A stuff crust pizza, marinara, cheese, Italian sausage, and bacon. Upon receiving the food the gentleman was extremely nice! I got inside opened the box grabbed a slice and took the first bite. Now normally I LOVE Pizza Hut stuff crusted pizzas, but this one is absolutely terrible the cheese wasn’t all the way melted it was still very grainy. The pizza had NO marinara! Like what is a pizza with no marinara it’s not. So I called the store we got it from and who I’m going to assume was a manager told her everything. She went on to say that the stuff crust pizza doesn’t get marinara and that all of the pizzas that have gone through her oven had been done. But if I’m trying to eat a graining cheese pizza it’s not done. I know pizza can be flimsy but as soon as you picked it up from the crust the base would fall straight down no rigidness. The pizza was not all the way done. I told her we hadn’t eaten all day and just wanted a store credit because we eat there often but the manager said she could only do a $3.00 credit. Ordered a 12pc bone in wings and a 6pc online. Estimated delivery time was 160 minutes!?! Called store to double check that and was told it was an estimate and that at most it could take an hour. Okay. Placed this order at 6:57pm and then recieved a text alert stating my food was out for delivery at 7:17pm. Cool. I was expecting it very soon after that considering I live a 2min drive down the street. 20min later and I called again regarding the order. The gentleman who answered this time stated yes the other was out for delivery and that the driver had 3 other orders with ours to deliver. I get that but wouldn't the driver stop at the closest place first? Another ten minutes pass and still no food. I'm not paying for soggy wings that's been sitting in a box for half an hour. That's ridiculous. Had to call and cancel my order only to have the delivery driver call me shortly after that at 8:06pm stating he was finally here. Wth. My food was out for delivery, sitting in a box, for nearly an hour?!?! Never will order from this...
