USED TO LOVE IT....THAT MEANS PAST TENSE!!! I WAS EVICTED FROM MY UNIT FOR BEING THERE TOO LONG AND OF COURSE DENIED US OUR GATE CODE, SAID WE'D HAVE TO BE SOFT TRIGGERED IN THE GATE. COUPLE DAYS LATER OUR RENT WAS DUE, I GOT MY USUAL TEXT ABOUT RENT BEING DUE TRIED TO CALL AND PAY IT BUT "JOHN" THE STORAGE NAZI WASN'T AVAILABLE AND I HAD TO CALL WHEN HE WAS IN THE OFFICE BUT ULTIMATELY "NAZI JOHN" TOLD ME THEY WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY PAYMENT OR RENTING TO ME. WHEN I WAS ON MY WAY TO MOVE MY ENTIRE LIFE OUTTA THE UNIT I WAS IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND A FEW WEEK STAY IN THE HOSPITAL (WHICH THEY WERE A WHERE OF) THE DAY I WAS RELEASED I TRIED TO GO MOVE OUT ONCE AGAIN ONLY TO LEARN THAT "JOHN" WASN'T GONNA LET ME INTO THE FACILITY,PROPERTY OR MY UNIT UNTIL I PAID $86 DOLLARS FOR MAY-JUNE'S RENT???? REALLY I TRIED TO PAY WHEN IT WAS DUE. AND CONTINUE RENTING WITH STORAGE EXPRESS. AND AS OF TODAY THEY ARE TELLING ME I HAVE A BALANCE OF $240 DUE BEFORE JULY AND IF NOT PAID MY UNIT WILL BE AUCTIONED OFF ONLINE IN AUGUST. EVERYTHING I OWN THAT MEANS ANYTHING TO ME IS IN THAT STORAGE. I DON'T RECOMMEND RENTING WITH THEM AT ALL....THANKS TO "NAZI JOHN" AND HIS TEAM AT STORAGE EXPRESS I'LL END UP LOSING A LIFETIME OF MEMORIES, CONSIDERING I'M UNEMPLOYED. Storage Express acts immature and irresponsible (new age society), not contacting other tenants when they KNEW about the oil leak. I have it saved for evidence. Read moreThey lost the combination to the lock they put on, and when I called the rep. From their kiosk at the facility, she was incredibly rude, and judgmental. Told me it couldn't possibly be their fault, wouldn't let me speak, told me to watch my kids because they were running back and forth through the indoor hallways of all the locked storage units. The serial number didn't match the lock on my unit and she still refused to apologize for their fault, and continued to tell me I was just putting in the code wrong, even though I had been using the same code and lock for 2 months and it magically stopped working But im the one doing it wrong.
