I don’t know about other people but my experience here was horrible! I got dipping powder for my nails and it was painful, I shed a few tears. The person that did my nails didn’t know what she was doing. She dipped my nails like 10 times over and over again and it got stuck all over my skin!! It DOES NOT even looked like a nail anymore at this point. Then she tried to filed it and rubbed all of skin around my nails so hard with some tools. I bled a little bit. It was embarrassing but I shed some tears. Doing my nails SHOULD NOT BE that painful. And they charged me $53 for just regular painful dip powder for my regular nails. Painful worst experience and...

Not with the nail clipper but with the dremel tool and the little block they use that has the sand paper type consistency. She realized her mistake because I saw her observing my injured toes like "oops" and instead of apologizing or ceasing her work, she dumped alcohol all over them. #ouch....as well they wouldn't listen to my mother and forced her to do a gel pedicure because it "lasts longer" when she said multiple times that she didn't want it! The person tasked to correct this was frustrated and sped through the drilling process on the mani to the point of discomfort. "Look, I'm trying to get out of here." Understood, but it is not professional to share this. One nail broke to the finger (painful) after little more than a day.
