I went here about 2 weeks ago and got the thin mint blizzard. It had barely any cookie pieces and was a little runny. I didnā€™t think much of it. I came again tonight for my moms 50th birthday. Got 3 drumstick blizzards and they were literally soup. The girl didnā€™t turn any of them upside because if she had it wouldā€™ve poured out. We couldnā€™t even eat them. This location has definitely lost mine and my familyā€™s business.

First, the analytical data. Long but fast drive-thru, the order was perfect and the service friendly. Now, the ice cream šŸ¦. I had a cone with sprinkles... so, good šŸ‘. The relative random positioning reminds me that we live in the world šŸŒŽ of macro physics and quantum mechanics are always at play. My grandson said the puppy šŸ¶ chow blizzard was good, too.

Horrible service. My husband and I come to this DQ all the time and weā€™ve never had any problems. Also everyone has been so friendly. But today was just horrible. They messed up our order twice then the girl in the drive thru window gave us attitude for asking for it to be fixed. I work in food service as well and I understand the stress nowadays with being understaffed but I always keep a smile on and am kind to my customers. This...

Hit and miss at this DQ, location. Sometimes their blizzards are good, other times it is like they used half of the recommended ingredients and barely mixed it. For some reason, their soft serve is waaayy 'softer' and not nearly as cold as it should be, leaving you with a runny, melted mess in your cup before you get to the bottom. Probably the worst DQ Iā€™ve ever had and Iā€™ve given them multiple chances. They will barely put any pieces and flavoring in your blizzard, no matter what flavor or size you get. You will end up with 1/2 - 2/3 a cup of vanilla ice cream with no blizzard pieces. Even if you ask for extra of those pieces, like Iā€™ve tried a few times, you get barely get anything in the ice cream. Disappointing and still expensive for what...
