El Fogon De Indy Tortilleria — Local services in Indianapolis

This is no longer a "taco restaurant," but instead an establishment that mass produces tortillas only - apparently soft tortillas, at least mainly. I'd guess most are transported to other business establishments for sale, rather than sold to individuals inside this business's location.

Ok first things first. Cochinita pibil tacos are the best I ever had in indy! The suadero are good! The pastor and asada are ok. The tortillas are made there! Pretty fresh salsas. 3.50 for a good size taco I think with 3 you can get full. The salsas are good, my fave was the guacamole! Overall it is appreciated the quality of the food. Los tacos están bien. Las tortillas no son tan buenas. Las aguas frescas están muy buenas. Lamentablemente te COBRAN 3% por no pagar en efectivo, algo definitivamente malo para un negocio. En todos lados aceptan tarjetas, no soy de cargar mucho efectivo y en ningún negocio como restaurantes, tiendas, hoteles, etc. No te cobran por usar la tarjeta. Ojalá la gente se dé cuenta, porque nosotros como clientes suficiente tenemos con pagarle los impuestos y ustedes encima de esto están cobrando lo del uso de tarjetas, que es un cargo que ustedes deben pagar, no nosotros.
