KT Nail Supply — Local services in Indianapolis

My daughter and I Went to KT Nails at 4664 W 38th St., Indianapolis, IN today which is the May 12th 2022.  My daughter was asking for assistance And the lady never answered her she didn't understand what my daughter was looking for. The lady proceeded to push my daughter out of the way.

My daughter came and said let's go, because the worker was rude and pushed her.  I then began rehanging an item that I was looking at.  The owner said angrily what is the problem and I just simply told him that the worker did not under stand what my daughter was looking for and then the own said nastily, she answered her and we both said no she didn't.  At this time, he says to me what I wanted and I said that I was still looking and he said just window shopping?.  I then said yes, at the moment; then, he said for us to just get out.  I then said that I don't typically spend money in these place anyway. And this is why. So I then told him you are rude to us and that they were rude from the time we came in the door.

I don't do reviews, but I do wanna say their customer service was great! They’ve helped me all the time when I’ve come here. But I wanna mention this, I overheard this customer acting like a Karen to the front desk guy, and she was just complaining to her friend on the phone about prices on the phone very loudly while walking around. The guy in the front was explaining to her nicely, if the company were to raise the prices of a product then they would have to raise their prices too. Which is reasonable since every retail/wholesaler does that. He was also explaining to her that you don't need a nail license to buy liquids that are under a gallon, which she also complained about, but refused to listen. Been shopping with them since they first opened, they usually don’t ask me for my license because come on everyone that has a shop we all keep them in our shop in a frame for our clients or boards to see ! Today i try shopping a couple of stuff mind you it was nothing under $400 …. And when i try checking out which i mean NEVER have a problem today i got denied because i didn’t had my license in hand? .
