I am very disappointed that after coming to this location for almost 30 years I received service that was less than satisfactory. For one, the young man who took the order rushed my daughter and did not ask her if she wanted corn or flour tortillas. I was on the phone with her when she was ordering and I could hear him. He did not provide her with a receipt. When she came back to the car with the food my order was incorrect. I went with her inside and we waited quite awhile to be waited on. Then when he approached I asked if the menu had changed and he asked why? I told him the tortillas were flour and this does not look like what I usually get. I told him I wanted three tacos carne asada with queso rallado and pico on the side. He said he asked if she wanted flour or corn tortillas and the other things that were on it. I explained that I wanted the tacos carne asada with queso rallado and pico on the side and corn tortillas. Now this is where things got disrespectful. As he went back to the kitchen, he hit his fist on the swinging door and I saw him talking to other staff. Suddenly all eyes on us and laughter. Then some came to look over the swinging door at us. As people in the kitchen walked past the swinging door they looked at us. As one server went from the dining room to the kitchen he looked (more than once). This makes it seem as if the kitchen staff are making fun of customers or messing up the order. Finally another staff stopped to look over the door and I said out loud “this is the 5th or 6th time that people feel the need to look at us” and Suzana (I may have a a spelled that wrong) came out and asked what was wrong. I told her every time kitchen staff walk past the swinging door they seem to feel the need to look over at us. She claimed that it was because they were checking to see if customers were coming in. That was not the case when we entered and that was not what was happening before he went to take our food back. Then he came out with the food and I told him I didn’t appreciate the attitude and such. He claimed he didn’t hit the door etc. I told him I literally saw him. He wanted to keep having an answer to everything I said. I told him I have been coming there for almost 30 years and this was the first time I have ever been treated this way. When I asked for a manager I was told there was no manager there. Yet it is a busy Friday night so if there is no manager on duty someone could have contacted the manager. If this is the way the staff are going to treat loyal customers, then I can take my...
Read moreThe enchilada and burrito (#8 lunch special) had nothing but the same bland beef filling in them. The burrito was coated in the same red sauce as the enchilada. It was extremely bland and the quality was far lower than expected. I would not eat at the restaurant again because of the food being so disappointing, but the service was even worse. The restaurant was far from busy and yet our server just disappeared. She checked on us to ask if we wanted "to go" boxes and to hand us our bill. She never even realized my food was not a burrito and enchilada and was instead the exact same thing but the burrito was in a larger flour tortilla than the enchilada. One person at our table was served a steak, chicken and shrimp fajita mix when she ordered shrimp fajitas. The only thing that was tasty was the queso blanco. We ordered it as an appetizer and the server didn't even bother to bring it to us until our meals came. Why would we want to wait for our dip when it's meant to be an appetizer? I did pour the remaining queso on my leftovers to give them SOME flavor if anyone in my house decides they are desperate enough to eat my leftovers. I won't be eating them. Overall, it was extremely unimpressive, bland and the service was extremely lacking. Other La Haciendas may be fine but this location...
Read moreMy family and I visited this establishment about a month ago and had a not so good experience. It was our first time here and when we first walked in we looked at both sides of the restaurant for a server only to find no one. While standing there a server brought something out to her table but didn’t say anything to us. So we sat ourselves down since there was no sign to wait to be seated. We were there for 10-15 mins and didn’t get a menu until after I made a comment about it. I asked my family very loudly if we had to go get our own menus and one of the servers who was “making”multiple phone calls finally came over with our menus. She stated in a very rude and aggressive tone that “we sit customers down that’s why you didn’t receive a menu”. Overall the food was mediocre at best their fajitas had no seasoning I couldn’t taste salt or pepper at least. Their shrimp were over cooked and their rice was a 3/10 at best. When we were leaving my mom let the server know that they should put up a sign in English and Spanish that states to wait to be seated and the server stated they have let management know but nothing has been done. I don’t see an issue with us sitting ourselves down but definitely see an issue in having to wait 10+...
