Worse customer service. I bought a sofa&loveseat from them and only 2 hours after I ordered, I call them to see if I can cancel my order due to something that just came up and they wouldn’t of cancel unless I paid so much money. My order wasn’t even submitted to their warehouse yet , called them only 2 hrs after I submitted an order and they wouldn’t do that . Any place with good customer service u can cancel your order 24 hours or 48 hours before item leave the warehouse but not this place. I wanted to buy so much more from their store but just for that reason I’m not buying anything from them any more. I got home with my sofa and called in damaged piece and missing piece with in 4 hours of leaving the store. They told me they inspected the product with me at the warehouse. Which is a lie. They didn't even help me tie it down something the salesman told me they would do at the store.
