I would put zero stars if possible. I loved this chocolate (especially the chocolate chips), but the way the company handles things (or rather doesn’t handle things) has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I placed an order on June 25 and the charge was processed the next day. I’ve never received the order, and I’ve never gotten my money back. I’ve emailed multiple times and it’s nothing but crickets. Endangered Species Chocolate is my absolute favorite chocolate. I have tried just about every bar and my favorite is the peppermint crunch bar (I believe it is the penguin bar).
