Subway — Restaurant in Indianapolis

We actually stopped into Hardees first but the line was long and it looked like the people working were moving as slow as molasses. So I drove over to Subway. There was still a long line but you could sense the energy in the place and I knew the servers on the line were trying to please the customers get their food fast and correctly. I was right. The restaurant was clean and we got through the long line in about 5 minutes. They had about 4 people working the line, which was very helpful at lunch time....

Was very disappointed here. The guy was about to wrap up my food when I noticed him swishing something away. There was a stink bug crawling on my sandwich & he was trying to get it out the way before I seen it so he could wrap my sandwich up& give it to me. I let him know I didn't want anything after that. So disguised with that location. Can never...

Went in with a coupon that was approximately $0.30 off a footlong. I ordered a footlong, went through the line and presented my coupon at the register. The guy running the register refused to accept the coupon even though it was a valid coupon. I looked down at the sandwich, looked up at him, paused for a second and said "keep your sandwich"...
