Stop N Shop — Local services in Indianapolis

Went here highly recommended by my mom. I received a dyer no vent but was told it doesn't come with it after purchase had me buy a vent from them and learned it was to a gas dryer. So my dryer smoked my entire house caused a fire now my washer is leaking. Sadly going back to someone who sold me a product that shouldn't have walked out the store is why I can't conduct business with this shop.

I have spent over 1,000 in this store in a matter of 3 or 4 days I liked that I didn’t have to wait along time for my furniture items BUT MY BIGGEST Problem Was That they were over 30 min late they also do not help in getting items into the home , and when I called to tell them that I had an issue with getting my items in the home correctly the lady who I’m guessing is the owner started to give me Explanations on how they weren’t late and then the driver called My phone basically to say the same like I don’t have cameras and then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be doing any more drop offs to my home because I told them I had a problem. For these reason I wouldn’t recommend this place only because helping me was the last thing they wanted they would rather make excuses for their actions and I’m very disappointed. Bought washer and dryer from them with WARRANTY. Dryer smells like it’s burning and Washer has been having problems they are stalling to send a service worker out. I called a week and a half ago. Now my washer is sitting with dirty water in it since Saturday . The lady that answers the phone is snotty. I almost grabbed my purse and went in to the store to see her personally. She eventually put “Ally” on the phone. “Ally” sounds like she will get to the problem but by the time they come out I will probably need a new washer. You guys who gave them 5 stars, I’m convinced you know them personally or you are “Them”. Good luck on your purchases/Warranty. I would not recommend. Customer Service goes a long way.
